Lost Science 1/144th Scale Convair-Ehricke Nu0clear Exploratory Spacecraft (NEV) Model kit by Moebius

The many small pieces on the shaft of the ship are at first daunting to approach. But calming down and studying the instructions revealed that it was not too difficult to work w these small pieces.In hindsight, if I saw the box in the store, I would probably not have purchased it due to its scale. Nonetheless, I gave it 4 stars bc the website is accurate and the model, though small, is well designed.

This kit is well molded and is simple enough to almost be a SnapTite kit. The decals were very durable and easy to apply. It should be noted that the American flag decals are not included with this kit. I would recommend this kit as it did not give any problems.

Fantastic detail

This is a copy of a 1960s-era sci-fi kit issued by Strombecker; however, the engineering and fit of this kit is so fine that I think Moebius must have cut their own molds. Everything fits together as it should, and the surface detail is crisp and sharp.I've purchased a number of these kits; the tanks are excellent for use in scratchbuilding your own spaceship projects.
