Good Value - but finding the correct setting is a pain
The headset eventually does the job, but finding the right setting means some serious feedback howls. Make sure the person you are using for the set-up call knows what is going on.

Works well, great price
No problems with the audio quality and people can hear me just fine once I matched the correct channel with the phone. Headset is light and comfortable for wear for long duration.

Cheaply made
It might work fine but I never got the chance to try it. It came out of the box with the headband part broken off. The ear cover was also off. I put that back on but before I got it back in the box it fell off again.

CISCO IP Phone 7962で使用。レビューがないので、正直期待していなかったが、思いのほか良いです。CISCO IP Phone 7962の場合は、チャンネル3または4で使用できるようです。[良い点]・PLATRONICSの10分の一の価格・PLATRONICSより軽い・PLATRONICSより金属の締め付けがきつくない・聞こえ具合については、PLATRONICSの方が音声は綺麗ですが十分に利用可能・話声については、相手にもクリアに聞こえます。（周囲の音声も良く拾うので、そのあたりは仕方ないかと）[改良できる点]・アダプター部分にミュートボタンがありますが、これをオンするとジーというノイズが入ります。・納品時に、ミュートボタンがオンになっていますが、これによってマイクが壊れていると誤解する人がいそうですので、オフにして納品することをお勧めします。

使いやすい
sharpの家庭用デジタルコードレス電話機で問題無く使えました。ちなみに切替スイッチは２番でOKでしたが、それ以外は全くダメ。音量レベルが大きいとヘッドセット内でハウリングを起こすので、電話機の音量を小さめにして調節します。ミュートボタンがあるのが便利なのか不便なのか、ON/OFFが判りにくく、間違って押すとこっちの声が相手に伝わらない（当たり前だけど）ので、押してしまわないよう周囲をグルーで固めて使っています。ミュートボタンの無効化ディップスイッチが欲しいところ。この値段にしては音声はクリアで性能は十分。マイクのホルダーが耳の部分で回転（クリック）するのでマイクがだらんと下がってしまうこともありません。ちなみに説明書は英語のみですが読めなくてもあまり問題無いでしょう。

鮮明に聴こえて、疲れません。
値段がお安く期待していませんでしたが、予想外に良かったです(^^)音が鮮明に聴こえます。電話相談をしているので、相談者さんの声が聞き取りやすいので重宝しそうです。頭にはめるのが、２秒くらいかかるのは仕方ないですが…

無事に使えました
手持ちの電話機に適合するかどうか多少不安でしたが、2チャンネルで無事に使えました。ただ、マイクの集音範囲？が狭くて、極端に口に近づけないと音声を拾わないようなので、その点はちょっと減点です。それ以外は今のところ実用上の問題はありせん。耐久性はまだ未知数です。

使用感良好でした。ノイズキャンセラーも効いてるのか通話の声もクリアに聞こえます。ダイヤルは1番でOKでした。いい買い物しました。
