I’ve had bouts if losing my taste after having Covid over a year ago. This really worked! I was doubtful but desperate. I was surprised, but if you do it consistently it works.If in the line about trying it. Just do it. I can taste. It did take about 2-3 weeks. But worth it

Not worth the cost. Many units don't smell like they should such as mint and cinnamon. I checked against items in my kitchen so it isn't me. I'm going to switch to baking extracts and spices instead.

As we all age, there's a ton of things that we'll eventually lose our sense of. With smell, you have to constantly make sure that your brain still has that familiarity of what does and doesn't smell good since it'll help distinguish a lot of things. Although I'm a trained nurse, this was the first I've ever heard of when it came to a smell training kit and thankfully, this set right here came with a bunch of different scents to help you train: All sorts of flavors of the rainbow and more contained in this cute little wooden box! After tracking and using it daily for a few days, I've noticed an enhanced perception of smelling things in general which is a super odd thing to write about but it's like the equivalent of muscle memory for doing tasks and getting better at it.

This is a great collection of some lovely scents. This kit has a selection of scents that range from sweet to spicy to woodsy to floral. The inhalers have essential oils in them & the scents are noticeable simply by opening the inhalers. Some scents are stronger than others, but that seems to be the point. Training to be able to smell all of the scents. Smell training can be incredibly beneficial if you've experienced loss to your sense of smell, & this kit is great for just that. It also comes in a very nice wooden case with a foam divider to keep the inhalers from tossing around.Worth a try for anyone looking for smell training, or just people who love nice scents.

Wood box came plastic wrapped but when unopened it all the scent containers were spilled all over the box and were open. They do not smell at all so I am assuming the scents are gone since I do still have some limited sense of smell. Seemed odd since the box had a foam insert they all should have rested in and they are screw tops so opening should not have been an issue. Returning for a replacement and hoping it was a one off issue and the whole thing is not a scam.

These are great for retraining your smell. The smells are true to their name and don't have any off smell.

I’ve never seen one of these kits before and I must say this one is lovely. All of the smells are absolutely beautiful. This is a great idea for someone who has lost their sense of smell because of many reasons these past years. I am enjoying smelling each of the smells just for anxiety, and it does help me. It’s in a very nice box and each scent has its own special spot in the box. It even has a place to track your sense of smell. It’s a great price in a highly recommend it.

Sad to report this is not great. Some of the scents smell a bit weird, and the rose tube came empty!
