It’s on the ball nice and comfortable and it’s a good looking piece of furniture I’m quite happy with it

The four control buttons on the remote allows the back and foot rest to be independently controlled and the tip can be independent of the back rest, so you can tip and rise forwards whilst having the backrest at a comfortable angle. Comes on two parts, back rest slots onto seat easily, so getting the chair through doors and narrow corridors is possible then assemble it, plug it in and enjoy. Very easy to put together, doesn’t need instructions really. Buttons take more getting use to, there is a ‘flat bit’ on the remote below the buttons to allow you to stick a label on to help remember which button does what. Great value for money (and very comfortable!).

Excellent quality. Exactly as described. So easy to assemble and move. Could have done with being a bit wider. So pleased with this chair really comfortable altogether a beautiful chair. Delivery excellent. Ordered and delivered in 3 days, delivery men really helpful and polite

I’ve owned this chair for 3 months now, if my circumstances were different I would have returned it. I find the chair too low in its normal sitting position. There is no way to adjust this position. On the riser it doesn’t go high enough for me to straighten upright. In the upright position it is unstable, as it can rock from side to side. In the reclining position it doesn’t go near enough to flat, I can’t get my feet high enough. I had to go to hospital during the initial period of receiving the chair and the period of being able to return it had expired, otherwise I would have. I would be very careful before choosing this chair because the price is very low in comparison to others.

I like the pocket for the hand control, also the warm comfortable feel and support of the chair. The motors are quiet and position the chair perfectly

This chair is brilliant and so comfy. Great Rise feature for a disabled person. The only negative is that there is no instructions with the chair or any instruction on the hand control as to what does what. DX delivery was very rude and being a pensioner myself would not even help me get this into the house but left it on the doorstep.

Really comfortable and no assembly really just drop the back on the chair. It was half the price of DFS plus a riser! Slightly darker fabric but I can live with that. I can fully recommend I was struggling to get out of a chair and with this it is a doddle and excellent service

Received the chair in good time, what I have found with it is, there is no movement on the seat itself, which in my view causes a problem with what is a flat seat and the back goes down well and the foot support comes up well also, when sitting on it with it's corded material, it is not that comfortable, I don't know if the material was changed to a more leather based material if that would help, I know leather itself would be to ask a bit much, while trying to maintain the good and fair price of the chair. kind regards Robert Millar
