I'm very impressed with this watch. The quality and materials are fantastic—it feels like a piece of ammo made by Smith & Wesson. It's a great tactical watch and my favorite one on the market. I also love the night glow, and the Velcro band works perfectly. I do wish the date numbers were slightly bigger, but the size overall is perfect for me. Tactical watches are supposed to be small because police officers can’t wear big, bulky watches when they’re on a mission. It's also an incredible value for the money—I would highly recommend this watch.

I ordered a watch from Best Products. The watch arrived promptly and was as expected. However after a few days it stopped working. I put a new battery in it and it worked for about ten minutes. I contacted Best Products and they immediately sent me a new watch, free of charge, and did not require that the broken watch be returned. From now on when I buy from Amazon I will give Best Products first priority.

I have used Smith & Wesson products for a long time, and each time, the product has worked very well for me. This is not an exception. The watch is built tough, and I have had it for about 8-10 months. I used it for Police Academy, and for Security. Now, I plan on using it on the force. Pros: Tough construction, scratch resistant Fits smaller wrists (not too big or too small) Never stopped working on me Cons: Only con I could even imagine with this watch is that the velcro band tends to wear out over time. This is NORMAL. I still use the same band that came with it and it is fine, but I know I will have to buy another one someday. This is a very good watch, I highly suggest buying it.

The watch got here in the scheduled time. When I went to set it the time was 6:00pm and when I went to set it, with the minute hand on 12 or :00 the hour hand was between :29 and :28 and not on the 6 (:30) like it should be. If you put the hour hand on 6 the minute hand would read :02. Because of this as the minute hand goes round the watch it falls between the tick marks on portions of the dial. Other than that its fine.

I bought this item for my Uncle Joe who lives in Oklahoma. He is a gun owner and works for Oklahoma Police and I believe he works as some kind of Goverment Contract Agency. Like the Marshall. He got his watch last week and loved it.

Out of the box, this appears to be a good product. After two weeks the strap started tearing. Fixed that with a little super glue. Now I have noticed that the velcro doesnt grip very well (had nothing to with the super glue fix by the way). Im constantly pressing down on it to keep it on my wrist. After all of that, I reached in the refrigerator the other day and notice that the rotating bezel had fallen off. Didnt even know it was gone until I found it laying in my chicken. Basically, this product has fallen apart in one way or another since I purchased it. Internally, everything works fine but the aesthetic parts of it tend to fall apart very easily. I have only had this product for four months. Would think a Smith and Wesson brand would have a little better quality.

Looks very professional as a watch used by police officers. I am absolutely loving it. Although I am not a police officer yet, the tough build of the watch says that it can take a bump and keep going. Some of the reviews are saying that it's not very professional. I will give it a few days and correct my comment if it doesn't last. I sure hope it does. I ordered it from Australia and thus ended up paying $58 plus shipping costs. Will be disappointing if it does not.

Great product and super fast shipment! The back light is very bright and is great for anyone working midnights. Very handy, seems to have everything that is needed. The strap is a bit utilitarian, however, as it is just a woven belt.

Llego el relojito y solo la luz encendia, las manecillas no, pense que era cuestion de bateria y el relojero al abrirlo para hacer el cambio se encontró con todo el interior lleno de sarro se limpio pero aun no funciona se tuvo que llevar con otro relojero. NO LO COMPREN!!
