Awesome replacement heater.
This water heater has been outstanding! I installed it on a camper where the water heater had exploded. It fit perfectly and was a breeze to set up. You only needed to hook in the two water lines DC power and a gas line. I've noticed that it won't engage the flame to heat the water if your water pressure is poor. I see this as a safety feature. My procedure for using it is to turn it on from be outside with the rocker switch. Then go inside and turn on the water. It will automatically come on. And when the water starts flowing well you'll see a flame icon come on to the control panel and you've got heat. It heats up fast and stays hot for as long as you need it. If you experience any error codes just go outside turn the rocker switch off, check your water pressure. Turn the rocker switch back on and turn on the water. It will reset. I've done this numerous times with no problems

Excellent Upgrade for a Vintage Trailer
We upgraded our vintage aluminum trailer with the RVPart Pro GT60 tankless water heater, and it worked perfectly right out of the box—which was a big relief after another brand arrived dead on arrival. This unit cost a little more, but the overall quality feels noticeably better and well worth it. The GT60 uses a slightly smaller 15" x 15" opening than our original vintage setup, so we had a custom aluminum panel fabricated to match the trailer, and it turned out great. Installation was straightforward. I used stainless steel line sets to connect to the trailer’s water supply, and the propane hookup was already 3/8", which matched the heater’s requirements. Wiring was very simple. The keypad uses just two wires with no polarity concerns, and I was able to extend the wiring beyond what was included without any issues. Power requirements are 12V at 15A, which shouldn’t be a problem for most RV or trailer electrical systems. One thing worth checking during installation is the pressure relief valve hose. On ours, it was sitting a little high and not properly routed into the drain tray. I was able to pull it down so that if it ever activates, water will drain safely into the tray instead of the trailer interior. Overall, this has been a solid, high-quality tankless water heater and a great upgrade for our vintage trailer.

Do not buy
I got this water heater after looking over the reviews and ratings. Everything looked great. It's been a nightmare. I have had this sience the 14th of December (it's now the 22nd). The first day I got it I pulled it out of the box and looked over the very shoty manual and instructions. This unit is rated for a 10 amp - 12V DC supply. My old water heater ran off a standard 120V AC with a dedicated 15amp breaker. Should be able to run it through a transform and get it running. I have a few with different ratings so I started with the 120V Ac input with a 12V and 24V output. Wired the heater to the 12V as that's what the manual says it runs on. Nothing turned on. Continued to step up the power but to no avail. It would not turn on. Tried all the transformers and resistors again from lowest output to a max of 48V AC but could not get it to even try to turn on. Came to the conclusion it's just a faulty unit and I need to exchange it. Contacted Amazon to find out they won't exchange it. I can process a refund for a chance to get my money back but that's not even guaranteed and can take up to 30 days after they receive it. Just tired of the cold showers and crap service. Can't find the phone number to the company anywhere in the manual or instructions either.

do not mix in cold it will get cold/hot/cold set and use only hot that's how it is designed.
works as advertised , install , plumb properly and hot water at set temp "run only hot water at desired temperature do not mix with cold" and it will work great . Full temp for dishes , we use around 109 to 105 for showers and general hand washing.

Great Upgrade!
Best upgrade I have done to my camper. Was able to use existing wiring to old water heater to install controller behind mirror where the switch was. Looks and works well. Only issue with this is if you have inconsistent water pressure. It will turn off on low water flow and your shower encounters a cold surprise. If you have constant pressure you're fine. The issue is from my home made well not having a regular on it yet. Use in camp grounds or simply using the pump from the fresh water tank fixes this problem. I do not think it's a design flaw on the product but be aware of how it operates if you have conditions close to mine.

Fantastic hot water solution
They're definitely right about this holding temperature well, even with fluctuations of water flow from a multi-setting shower head, there is no perceptible change in water temperature. It heats up quickly, and the little control panel is easy to use and looks modern. I mounted it to the wall in our rv with ease.
