- Actually a quite goods lens for the PRICE. Relatively well made - mostly metal, easy to use manually. I didn't find any MAJOR fault with this objective. Lighter than expected. Came with right mount - Sony E. Also package was delivered VERY fast from U.S. to Finland which was a good thing. The outer box was handled carelessly, but the original internal was intact. Bag and lens hood were included nicely. Individually, I don't have any trouble recommending this lens for manual shooters. -

It’s a great lens nice affordable portrait lens

Lens works as described (manual lens, attach with "release without lens" function). I used it in CanonRP and SonyA6000 with adaptors. I have been taking photograph as a serious enthusiast for over 30 years. I bought it out of confusion, actually. Before returning it without opening it, I decided to give it a try, and it is a definite keeper. The lens renders simply incredible portraits. Above 3.0 aperture value, it is superb. Incredible Bokeh with beautiful skin tone rendering and perfect background color rendering as well. I used it in portraits with lots of gray, blue and reddish brown colors and it is simply superb. I also tested it at full aperture, in dark gym for basketball game, and it did not perform well. It is a portrait lens, with ability to take also flowers, and plants, everything that requires beautiful character and subject background separation. It is a great complement to your existing collection if you have already wide angle lenses and zooms, and want to add an affordable portrait dedicated lens. I am pleased with the lens.

Updated: seller was very apologetic and sent a new lens for me to review. I was given a 200-450mm lens and the company itself makes decent lenses. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the new lens. Affordable, but good for the money!I ordered this new and it came used and full of sand. Very disappointed.:(

Love this addition to our camera! It focuses so well and had self stabilizing feature that's so awesome! The price was very reasonable. It is so easy to use and feels great to be able to capture every moment!

Not a good lens. It brings so much reflections in the lens. It’s not worth it. I can’t believe I spend my money on this. Thumbs down

It takes great photos if u can hold the camera steady, hand held, any micro movement will mess up all the photos, but for the price it's good
