Delighted with my new neck, shoulders & back shiatsu massager. In fact it can massage almost any area of the body satisfactorily because it is easily manipulated to different areas by use of the arm loops. It is a well made quality item and functions surprisingly well which, for the price, is a pleasant surprise. It is very portable so long as you have a plug nearby. The flex is sufficiently long at approx 2 metres in length. It does come with the right plug fitted. The only slight con might be that its arm loops might be made for somebody with much shorter arms than the normal European. But, once you get used to the shortness (and it appears to be non adjustable), it's fine. My son put his eyes up to heaven when I said "try it". He did & after grappling briefly with the short arm loops, he announced that it was really good and gave a very pleasing neck massage. It has heat (that should be very nice in winter) and three different speed levels. It seems to go both ways in the massage but it has a reverse direction button too. It appears to be able to be used either way round (zips up or zips down) - puzzled me to start but I have tried both and it works great whatever. I have not yet tried it out in the car but it comes with cigarette style charger, so I look forward to trying that next long journey I'm taking. Happy out. I am liking this multi massager to iron out the knots in my shoulder muscles. It does not work on battery, it must be plugged in.

This neck massager helped me so much with my stiff neck. Perfect heating and lovely massage feature at this price point makes a great package. Easy to use also.

Fantastic massager, works a treat on sore shoulders/neck. Easy to set up, different pressures to suit your needs. I like it firm to get the full effects and im happy with the level it provides. My shoulders definitely feel relief after eqch session. Great gift idea for xmas..

The item is really great, it gives a deep massage, with heat and red light. However, the plug and instructions were not included. I decided to keep it as I also ordered the foot massager, which uses the same plug. As Amazon won't just send out a replacement plug I decided this was the least inconvenient option, while still being incredibly inconvenient. The arm holders allow you to reposition the massager on your neck, shoulders, back but as the plug is quite short, perhaps if one had been included it would have been longer, it does detach easily if I don't sit close enough to the socket.

This neck and back massager has been a big hit with everyone who’s used it. The deep kneading is strong and relaxing, and the heat function really helps ease tension in the shoulders and upper back. It feels well made and does exactly what it’s meant to do. It would be even better if it were cordless and rechargeable, as that would make it more convenient to use anywhere. That said, the power cord doesn’t take away from how effective it is. Overall, it’s an amazing massager that gets used a lot.

I use it for few days , it is really hard and heavy for put on my neck, the machine inside as hard as like the rock , you can't really relax on it. The quality of for hands holder and shoulder wasn't comfortable, it only has very thin foam inside rather the sponges or anyting cushion you can sorrouding around your body confidently ,nothing feels relaxing you would expect in the picture shown.

Bought this neck massager recently and it is brilliant product. It is a great product and works really good on sore neck as i have one. It is easy to setup and slow and fast mode works really good. It's becomes even more better with heating mode. It looks really good quality and cable is good length too. Would really recommend this product.

Box arrived damaged, which if course is likely a one-off and not related to the product itself. The actual device was alright but not particularly comfortable to wear nor easy to reposition elsewhere at the body. Heat function takes quite a while to warm up so isn't suitable for quick use. Helpful to adjust speed and direction but no change in the actual massage technique. Overall, will return it as expect there are better things out there - but does the basic job.

checked it out and seems very good on neck and shoulders, also good on back but not as strong, i will update at a later date, i left only 4 stars because delivery was supposed to be last thursday but was delivered the following wednesday, i do not know why[amazon or an post at fault]

Lo he utilizado para darme masaje en la parte baja de la espalda y muslos y quedé contento, he notado mejoría. Si cierras los ojos, y si no fuera por el pequeño ruidito de los motores, llegas a pensar que te está masajeando una persona. A las vez que te aplica el masaje puedes pulsar un botón y te dará un calorcito tenue muy agradable. Me hubiera gustado que diese un poco más de calor, pero bueno, así no te quema. La velocidad del masaje también la puedes seleccionar. El aparato se apaga solo a los 15 minutos, así no hay problema de quedarte dormido. Además el material es muy agradable al tacto y suavecito. Se ve bien construido. En definitiva, encantado con este masajeador, ha sido todo un descubrimiento, no sabía que existía un aparato así de completo.

I recently purchased the Shiatsu neck and back massager with heat and couldn’t be happier! I have purchased 5-7 of these over the years so I’m finally leaving a review! They do eventually wear out - but I am rough on them. I like deep massage so I put my weight into it. I massage my back & neck (of course) and my arms and even my hamstrings and calves. I use the machine sitting on the couch so I lean against it for my back and neck. I weight about 170lbs. It probably deserves 5 stars but I know the 2-5 star reviews get read more! I ALWAYS have an extra one on hand. I love these massagers! (Pic is massaging the back of my leg). I even take them when I travel sometimes. :) For sure a good purchase!
