 I really love this small electric fireplace in my office room at home! It only took me 2 mins to install, and super easy to carry and operate. The woods and flame look just very real. More than expected, beyond just a decoration, it does provide great amount of heat without big noise! I'm very satisfied with it, which makes the office a more peaceful and warmer place. The price is also pretty cheap for such a beautiful item. I'm thinking about purchasing one for my parents-in-law as a Christmas gift!

 Wow! This is such an awesome electric fireplace with beautiful flame effect, easy operating, and very affordable price!!! It doesn’t require any assemble, couldn’t be easier to use it! What has surprised me is that the flame color and motion are more real than I thought, and it actually puts off good heat. I feel ready for the coming winter with this cozy addition!

It is a nice looking unit and gives off sufficient heat. I'm giving it 2 stars because it stopped working after only 8 months.UPDATE 7/31/18: I've change the rating to 4 stars because of great customer service. After emailing the manufacturer, they are replacing the unit with a better quality unit. They are customer service oriented and want the customer to be satisfied...and that's best practice for any business.

Really fantastic product and functions very well out of the box. One minor design flaw is that you need to turn on the first level of heat before the second level works. This to me would have been more intuitive as a binary switch rather than two knobs. If you turn on just the second knob it doesn't function without the first knob being on. What?

received! I immediately used it, it was really good, the sound was small, and the appearance was very beautiful. It was very warm, and the whole room was warmed up immediately. This winter is no longer afraid of cold. It’s not too warm. Buying a stove to buy this awesome good! Recommended beauty does not take up space is better than the store or other homes, value! The design is novel, the hot air comes on, the functions are many, the operation is very convenient, the friends are all good, and the plan is also one.

This product looks very nice, and produces a good amount of heat. Being that they are entirely separate mechanisms,if there was a setting that would run the heater without the light feature it would be preferable.

Love it!! Works great and nice quality!! Bought it for our travel trailer and it warms the entire area to where the furnace doesn’t even run!!

Have had this heater for 2 heating seasons now and it performed very well, The fan is a little audible but from my experiece all these electric stoves make some noise while operating especially on high setting.This stove is a excellent supplemetary heat source but will not heat aa whole house. I would but it again.
