A Very Good Alternative to Beats
I tried the Beats headphones that are a comparable price to these first, and while I liked the sound and aesthetics of those, I found that the inserts did not fit me properly, and were either too loose or too tight. If you are like me, then you will appreciate these headphones as they fit similarly to the Apple headphones of old; they sit on your ear but do not actually create a seal which can be uncomfortable. I use my headphones for 12 hours a day or more, so comfort is very important to me. The sound is very similar to Beats, to the point where I may not be able to tell the difference if I had to. Beats have a bit more bass perhaps. These are easy to setup, and the fact that they have an app that allows you to customize the controls or sound settings is great for the price. For me the only real downside would be battery life. I have always been a holdout to the world of wireless headphones, so having to recharge headphones at all is new to me. The battery life gives about 6 hours of active listening, then needs a charge. Beats do last longer. On the other hand, these charge very fast, and in 20-45 minutes you get another 4-6 hours of music. It’s pretty easy to find a half hour throughout the day where you can charge them without feeling like you are having to check your watch and wait. These might not be as cool looking as Beats, but they more than make up for it in very good sound quality, reliability, and customizable features.

Top Tier
Holy Cow! These are legitimately some of the best headphones I have bought. I myself am a headphone consumer. All different brands, companies, types, and price points. Name brand, off brand, cheapos, all the way to multiple hundreds. I have to put these at the top of the list. I cant believe price to quality ratio. A definite value add. These shine in the following categories. .value .quality (hard single casing. In my experience these have always lasted the longest) .Sound (Out of the box with no equalizer changes. Single handedly the loudest pair I have with no drop in voice quality) .Charging case (satisfying snap and click) . I cant speak to battery time but this being my 4th or 5th pair of sound peats. Battery has never been an issue. In fact its a definite area they shine in. FYI I always loose 1 headphone so end up buying more. It has never been because they break. The only thing i would love to see is the ability to make a loss headphone chime. If SP were to do this I'd never buy from any other company

Really good for the price.
Are these going to compare to air pods? Probably not. But for how cheap I got these for they're incredible. The sound is very good for being open ear, the battery life is good enough for my everyday use, and the case is small enough to carry with me. These are basically the air 5s, except without noise cancelling. It says noise cancelling but it's only for calls, not active noise cancelling for yourself. My favorite part is the dual connect. I have had a pair of galaxy buds plus for about 4 years now, and the biggest thing I've been missing is multi connect for when I'm around the house, which these do flawlessly. These aren't better than those earbuds, but they work better for my around the house use as they are open so I can hear my surroundings better and have multi connect. The only really issue I've had is they don't fit my ears super well. They don't really fall out but they constantly feel like they're about to. If you want a super cheap open ear style earbud these are great for that. The biggest thing to consider is do you actually want open ear style. Open ear is nice but some people really need that eartip to get a good fit. But, for what these are I think they do it very well.

Good Value Earphones
The earphones are very high quality and are comfortable to wear. They have good sound quality and the ability to adjust the eq in the app is an added bonus. The battery life lasts longer than I expected and are pretty quick to charge.

Great Sound - Terrible Battery Life
I had these replaced about a month after purchase because they couldn’t hold a charge through a basic 8-hour workday. At first, they were great — the first week or two, no issues — but after about four weeks, I noticed the battery started failing. I figured it might just be a bad set, so I got a replacement. I really liked the sound quality and had previously used the Air3 (which I still have, although their battery life has dropped too — but they’re over two years old). Now, I’m at the tail end of my second pair, past the return date, and I’m having the same problem. After just 4 hours, the battery runs low. Very disappointing and frustrating, especially since it's hard to find Bluetooth earbuds in this style with decent sound.

Touch response is terrible - but great customer service
For the price, the sound quality is fine, and I like the design aesthetic, but the touch response is so annoying. The way they are programmed, one tap on the right earbud raises volume, one tap on the left lowers volume, two taps on either pauses/resumes. Three taps turns on 'game mode,' which I don't need. The problem is, it is really hard to hit it just right when trying to double tap. Inevitably, only one taps hits right, so it ends up turning up the volume when you are trying to pause it. Or I think the first one missed so I add an extra which turns it into game mode instead of pausing. I usually wear them at work when I'm alone and primarily pause them when someone walks in and starts talking to me. So it's really annoying when I'm trying to pause really quickly and I end up just making it louder. I'm trying to train myself to pause with my left hand. Usually I just have to take them out and try to go back to find my place. (I primarily listen to podcasts.) You may note that it says "customizable," which I thought meant that you could use the app to change what the touch functions do, but it only allows you to change sound qualities. I've lost two sets of Apples, so, for the price, I'm dealing with it. UPDATE: SoundPEATS reached out to me to apologize for the difficulty I was having with the earbuds. They refunded my money and allowed me to keep the earbuds. Great customer service! I will definitely try another product from them in the future.

These ear buds are an ultra great deal!
Amazing earbuds. Sound quality is very impressive and the connection is solid. Looking for ear buds that fit like the old air pods and these did the trick. Case is sturdy and olds a long charge for how I use them (mainly at my office desk and use one bud. Volume is also surprising loud as others have been too quiet for me.

Disappointing connectivity/reliability paired with iPhone
I really wish these Air5 lite earbuds worked for me. For the price, the features are great. They seem well made. The noise cancellation for the mic seems like it works well; I haven't gotten any complaints when I used them on phone calls/FaceTime/Zoom/etc. Sound quality is good, way better than my old 2nd gen Apple AirPods. The PeatsAudio app allows useful customization. The tap gestures are a bit fiddly, but once you get used to them, they're easy enough. Sometimes I find them to be uncomfortable/painful after 15 minutes of wear and I need to spend an annoying amount of time trying to reposition them to get comfortable. I think the shape is not a great fit for me, unless I position them exactly. My main issues concern Bluetooth and compatibility with iPhone/iOS. First, after removing the Air5 lite earbuds from the charging case, they often pair with my phone immediately. But too frequently, it can take minutes. This is **incredibly** frustrating when I'm trying to answer a phone call, or about start doing something with my hands while trying to listen to a podcast. I haven't been able to discern any reason for the length of time to connect to my devices. Whether leaving them in the charging case for a matter of minutes, or over an hour, seems to make no difference. They might connect immediately, or it might take a truly inconvenient amount of time. This **never** happens with my old 2nd gen Apple AirPods. The second usability issue occurs less often, but is much more severe. Frequently, without any notification, the audio source on a call will switch back to the phone's earpiece & mic from the earbuds. It's very frustrating, and it makes me feel like I can't rely on them. This **never** happens with my old 2nd gen Apple AirPods. I keep my phone and apps meticulously updated. Same with the firmware on the Air5 lite earbuds. I've followed troubleshooting steps, including un-pairing and re-pairing the earbuds with my phone, and resetting the headset from the PeatsAudio app. This seems like it helps, but the same issues always come back. I've owned the Air5 lite earbuds for less than a year, and I've had to reset them too many times at this point. All in all, I'm very disappointed. I was hoping the Air5 lite earbuds would be a good replacement for my old 2nd gen Apple AirPods, but they fall very short in critical functionality/usability/reliability when using them with my iPhone.
