Can someone confirm the tilt angle, in Degrees, of the arms the amp rests on?

What is the floorspace (from front to back) of the stand? The specs say the base spread is 15.5" which I interpret as meaning left to right.

Can the amp support arms be flipped so that the amp doesn't tilt back? Looking at the design, it would seem this is possible?
