Great flavor + liposomal is the best
I can really tell a difference in my energy levels. It seems there has been some improvement in my skin elasticity as well. I prefer liposomal delivery because your body absorbs more of the good stuff. I like this particular brand because the liquid is preferable to taking a bunch of pills. The dropper has the measurements that are easy to read. The medicine doesn’t have a bad taste. It reminds me of a cough syrup we took when we were kids. The ingredients are gluten dairy and soy free.

great addition to my daily coffee
I have been adding a squirt of this to my morning coffee and it blends well into the coffee without leaving a bad taste behind. I haven't noticed a difference yet but feel like I will with continued, consistent use
