I have never been a fan of rice vinegar, until I discovered this brand. It is well balanced, with a tiny hint of sweetness and not acidic at all. I use it on all types of salads and vegetables. I sprinkle a teaspoon of it over white jasmine rice....delicious. It is well priced and the bottle last a long time, worth it.

Tangy vinegar and great flavor. I accidentally left the lid off and all the fruit flies went in the bottle to die. Now I have a secret weapon to clear kitchen of fruit flies in the summer.

I am not sure what to say. It works and tastes great in what we add it to, it hasn't turned anything sour or bad or had any negative effects. So I have no problems recommending it, its a good additive to something that already tastes well, and helps it cook better to what your taste should be.

Good but not as good as the raw coconut vinegar I usually buy. But the coconut wasn’t available so I got this. It’s fine.

Wow, who knew there were subtle flavor differences in vinegar... This one is smooth and the flavor has full of depth, and it isn’t crazy expensive, either. I like the Nakano vinegar, as well, but this one has the edge because of its lower price.
