I bought this to go with a set of other Global knives. If you have Global already then you don't need me to add anything to it. if not then you are missing out. I didn't appreciate how much a set of good quality knives would make cooking so much easier. Ultra sharp and sturdy with a good grip, this knife is superb for it's intended purpose.Expensive but a real treat to use. Indulge yourself!
