Put freshly washed salad leafs in. Turn the handle like crazy for a few seconds. Leafs a lot drier. Easy to clean. Seems sturdy. Looks attractive.

Bought this as some of the previous reviews made this product sound like a good buy.Having used this brilliant bit of kit twice a week following washing my salad, it really does a 1st class job of drying salad off very quickly.Easy to use, easy to clean (Dishwasher safe)May not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.This is a quality item

So far, so good. Very nice product with quite large capacity. As it is winter time I have not used it very much but on the occasions that I have, it works well and is sturdy. The bottom could be used as a salad bowl as it is nice to look at. I don't know if it will scratch over time as it is plastic and only time will tell.I have not as yet taken it apart to clean it but most of the time a rinse will do anyway.

This is a great salad spinner, it's really revolutionised my shopping habits, I've dispensed with buying those extortionate bags of leaves and now buy while head lettuce etc. As with the spinner everything stays fresh, is easy to clean and the faff is greatly reduced. Highly recommend.

V easy to clean & a really substantial bowl which can be used separately for many purposes.

Only improvement would be if the lid had an actual cap to be used as a salad bowl
