I'm a lightweight fitness enthusiast. I love good supplements, but hate how you have to buy things individually. This product solved that problem. I get my daily intake of creatine PLUS the perks of a good preworkout.Pros-Great Flavor-No dyes. (I got the snowcone flavor and its clear)-Natural energy. (Without the jitters and crash)-2 products in 1Cons:-Wish I knew about this sooner-Wish I ordered the large size.

2nd day with the product and it's been really good. I like that it combines the energy + electrolytes+ creatine. I was mixing 2 or 3 things to get that before, so this saves time.The flavor is really good as well, not too sweet but sweet enough. I wanted to try the blue raz lemonade but I was looking for a good morning " juice" blend so I got the orange/mango and glad I did

I've been using Rule 1 Charged Creatine for a few weeks now, and it's been a mixed experience. On the positive side, the energy boost is noticeable. The combination of creatine and natural caffeine sources like tea and guarana gives me a good push during workouts without the jitters I get from some other pre-workouts.The inclusion of electrolytes is a nice touch, especially for longer sessions where hydration becomes crucial. I haven't experienced any stomach issues, which can sometimes be a problem with creatine supplements.However, the Snow Cone flavor is quite sweet and artificial-tasting. It's not terrible, but it's not something I look forward to drinking. Mixing it with more water than recommended helps dilute the sweetness.Also, while the product claims to support muscle size and strength, I haven't noticed significant changes in that area yet. It might be too early to tell, or perhaps the effects are subtle.Overall, it's a solid product for energy and hydration during workouts, but the flavor might be a deal-breaker for some.

This product is very versatile. I've used it now as a pre and post-workout supplement.The taste and smell are awesome, as all Rule 1 products seem to be, it dissolves quickly in water, and it gives me the energy I'm looking for in a supplement before my workouts and after.Overall, I get a good amount of sustained energy, the electrolytes hydrate me well, and the creatine provides proven benefits I look for (namely joint health)...for a good quality powder.I rarely follow a single brand when It comes to supplements, but the flavors on these are pretty wonderful and I would like to try more.I use it, and that's pretty much the best compliment I can give it--or any product for that matter.

I know tastes is subjective, but to me this tastes awesome. Just like a bomb-pop from the ice cream truck. But this is a lot more than just good taste. You get 5g of creatine, an electrolyte blend, and an energy blend. Let me tell you, that energy blend works. I think you could take this as a pre-workout as well. Something to note though, if you take it too late in the day, you might be staying up a bit later because the energy blend really works. This is my new go to creatine supplement!

Yep. I'm definitely a big fan of this workout and health supplement. Yes, it does have some artificial flavors so I don't take it every day. Actually, I rotate several creatine products but this is one of the best tasting I have in my rotation. That makes it one of my favorite to take. I also like the boost it gives me and helps keep me going on days when I'm feeling sluggish.

What I really like is how this packs everything into one mix. You get 5g of creatine, which is a staple in my routine, plus electrolytes for hydration and just the right amount of caffeine for that energy boost. Normally, I’d have to mix different products to get all that, but this keeps it simple and convenient. Definitely a go-to for my workouts now.
