Just doesn't stay on the tiles
Nice looking product, easy to install but has already fallen off the wall twice in the past hour. This has now damaged the bath. Not happy with this product at all.

Did not fit
I have a run of the mill Mira shower head & hose but they don’t fit in the shower riser. The bar fitted to wall panel and was very secure but just didn’t fit the pipe. I will be returning. I didn’t realise there were different sizes for shower head to sit in. I’ve looked at others and no one gives measurements for this part.

A sturdy and easy to install shower bar
Suction cups make it easy to install, but only on flat, slick tile surfaces. In molded shower surrounds, it's necessary to use the included sticker mounts.

Great item. Got 2. First review revised.
My wife is writing this review.Wife here: To clarify, this first review is from when I got the first one, at least a couple years ago. I think actually more than that. Didn't go look to see when it actually was. Revised review is 2 or more years later.First, this IS NOT stainless steel. It's plastic. It's not even the look of stainless steel. It's high polish, like chrome.I just got it, so how it holds up remains to be seen. Suction cup ends are worthless - they don't hold the unit up, even without the hand-held shower attached. At least mine don't. On the suction cups - they call them end caps - is a clear plastic lever that you use to suction the cup to the wall. One of them broke immediately. The other one was fine, but it still didn't hold the cup to the wall tile.Although I can't say for sure it's the suction cup's fault. I have the feeling my tile is very slightly bowed and not perfectly flat, because no kind of suction cup will hold to the shower walls. They may for a short time, but at some point they always fall down. Other reviews I've read where they say the suction cups don't hold, maybe their tile or whatever they're attaching it to isn't completely flat either. The good news about that broken lever on the suction cup is, I immediately called the manufacturer and they're sending me 2 suction cups (end caps). They come in a pair. Haven't received them yet. So instead of using the suction cups (I figured even the 2 new ones that are coming won't hold it up) I used the glued ends that come with the unit. I've used those things before and they hold great - for years - so I knew they wouldn't be a problem. The other thing is, the part that holds the hand-held shower sometimes doesn't hold it in position and it will slide a little. You push these 2 side buttons in and slide it along the bar to position it where you want it. I would imagine the sliding depends on how heavy your hand-held is. If I put it at the very top, it'll slide maybe 1/2 inch or so. So I just positioned the bar where I wanted it to be and it's doing fine. Not sliding at all. Would be great for kids. You can put the bar really low and they can raise or lower it to their height as needed.Just be aware that the length of the hand-held will determine where the head part actually is once it's in the holder. So test where you want the head to be before installing the unit so you know where to position the bar. If you use the glued end caps they're not positionable - once they're on, they're on, and only a heat gun and a putty knife will get them off, which will also basically melt them because they're plastic. The upshot is I really like it. I'm shorter than anyone else in the house so I can position this thing as high or low as I want, and I can turn it to me or away from me (while soaping up) without messing with the stationary shower head. It doesn't bother me that this thing is plastic, or that it's high polish while my fixtures are brushed. It's not like anyone's gonna look in my shower and complain about those things. It does what I need it to do and that's all I care about. And for $19 it's worth it. Not putting any pictures or videos up because others have that covered.UPDATE Feb 2023: Got the first one couple years ago, That's the review up there. Has held up so well I got another one for another bathroom. Would certainly recommend this based on longevity so far. However, I still had to use the glue cups because the suction alone didn't work well. And those broken "end caps" or levers of the suction that broke and the company sent me replacements, they worked great. Really, this is a great item. Highly recommend.

Very happy
Really good product.Good quality and solves my issue of buying a house that clearly was owned by a 7 foot person before me.A couple of notes for potential buyers - the suction cups do not work well, but it comes with adhesive stickers. Be prepared to stick to wall. The slot for shower head cannot change angle and is quite vertical, for some straight shower heads it could result in the water coming out horizontally. My shower head has a slight bend so was fine for me to angle 45 degree down.Very happy overall

customer service
I broke one side of the top mounting plate that holds the bar, and this was letting the bar fall off the wall. I contacted Amazon, and they put me in touch with the company, and I sent them an email through amazon, asking them if I could get a replacement one. The company returned my inguiry quickly, and said yes they could send me the replacement part. They sent it out, and I had it within a few days. This was excellent customer service. Without that top mounting place the whole unit was useless... I would highly recommend this company. I would give them 5 stars for everything involved in this shower head.

It works
I need to use the tape that was provided with the kit because the suction wasn't working for me. I am pleased with the product and would recommend it for any walkin tub that didn't come with the shower kit.
