I just started these vitamins a couple of weeks ago. I think the taste is ok. Maybe a slight aftertaste, but not enough to make me want to stop. Cost much better than some other hair growth products. Recommended by hair stylist. She swears these vitamins work great for hair growth. I gave 4 stars since I just started it.
