Just received this backpack today. Looks just like the picture and is made well (doesn't look cheap, no loose stitching, zippers work).This backpack is very cute but smaller than I expected. I purchased this for my daughter who is going into Jr. High. Her school doesn't provide lockers for the students which means my daughter will have to carry a lot of books, folders, supplies, etc. This backpack will not be able to hold all of her "stuff." We did take notice of the dimensions of this backpack before buying and we knew it'd be a little on the small side however it was much smaller than expected. Great for a fashion backpack or a student that doesn't have to carry around a locker's worth of supplies all day.

I would give it five but one of the zippers broke after the second use but I still love it and I tied a ribbon around that zipper so I can still use it everyday

Love everything about the backpack except the straps slide out of the clips and are difficult for my daughter to fix easily at school. We just tied a knot to keep the straps in position.

Nice bag of good thick quality but very small. My daughter uses it as an overnight bag as it is nowhere near big enough to be used for a school bag.

My 12 year old daughter loves this backpack. It is on the smaller side so she has to carry her textbooks but she doesn;t mind since its so cute.

Great bag for smaller kids! I wouldn't buy it for my older ones though it would be a little small.

My daughter loves her bag. She used it all school year and plans to use it again for the 2nd year. She packs it full with binders, laptop and books and it has held strong. Great product.

My daughter is 13. She's very happy with the backpack. It is a bit small, but it works for her.
