This is a very good product! I love it! It mixes well with any type of liquid ( juice, milk, etc... ) and it doesn't have any bad taste either.

I have been using this since late October 2024. I purchased to see if it would help curb sweet cravings and possible help trim my belly fat. What I have experienced is it did curb my appetite to where I eat smaller servings. I still like sweets, but I control it instead of it controlling me. I have lost some weight and my belly has trimmed, but it did not happen overnight. I drink a tea latte in the mornings and really did not like the slight coconut taste, but I drink a veggie smoothie in the morning so I added a scoop of the MCT powder into the smoothie mix and it actually makes it taste better! The texture is not a true powder as their other products so it does not seem to dissolve as easily, but in my small blender it mixes into the smoothie with no problem. I have experienced no gastric upsets. I use a number of NativePath products and have found you have to use them daily and it takes about 3 months to really begin to see results. It took about 6 months to really feel the change in my weight and belly fat. I use only one scoop a day. Possibly 2 scoops would affect a quicker result, but I am good with my results at this time.

Made it part of my morning routine to add to my True Lemon water. No taste to me and in warm or hot water dissolves really well. Definitely takes a bit to dissolve in cold water since it is oil after all. I feel great throughout the day and don’t have cravings. Very good quality. Only thing I wish is that it came I a bigger size.

I’ve been using MCT for about six months..I have slowly dropped about 19 pounds with little to no effort..it’suttle and happens over time but I literally have to remind myself to eat during the day…and although not real hungry I eat a good dinner each night and usually have a dessert..

I was trying to find a more affordable replacement for the Gundry MD MCT Wellness supplement that I was currently on at the time of purchase and I found that the key ingredient was the C8 MCT oil. C8 was the only one of the four that worked for what I was looking for, so I found a product in liquid form on Amazon and tried that but my stomach ended up hurting and I had to change to a powder as a last ditch effort to “maintain ketosis,” or whatever. Here was a product that I thought was perfect, “NativePath.” It did not upset my stomach, was easier to mix/blend than the Gundry MD powder, and had a pleasant creamy taste to it (despite being advertised as tasteless]. So it was perfect…. Until I saw on the label that it was a 60/40 split of C8/C10 MCT coconut oil. I have since found a MCT oil powder that doesn’t taste as good as this product, but at least it has what I expected in it before a I bought it.

The product delivers great physical results, however it doesn’t completely dissolve in cold juice but with stirring is ok. Would still recommend.
