My boss told me this was a game changer for her daughter so I bought one. Holy cow she wasn't kidding. Mornings in the kitchen are much easier because I can place my kiddo in this thing and know they are safe. They can watch my cook breakfast and I don't have to have a crying 1 year old at my ankles while handling hot stuff. They are at counter level and can see what I'm doing so they feel satisfied. The build of this particular tower is great! Very safety oriented. Multiple safety bars and anti-slip stickers on the surface. Love this thing. My kiddo is starting to climb in it themselves. Easy to put together in 20 minutes.

I can't recommend this model specifically, as young kids, or any child with difficulty following direction (hello adhd!) will use the large opening in the side as a literal step onto your counter. HOWEVER, after posting a scathing review about this product previously, Ocodile reached out directly, and sent their new model to us free of charge. In this day and age, that level of customer service is a rarity, and it gave me new hope for humanity at large. Ocodile's new model has slats on the side and a literal board to slide in from the top, which in combination better contain our child and make this standing tower a safe and beloved tool in our home. Our kid loves it, and despite his best dancing efforts can't knock it over. I'd encourage any parents wanting to integrate this into their home sooner rather than later to check out their other model, but regardless, I want any parent to know that this company genuinely cares about you, your experience, and your kid's safety. Our 16 month old loves this, she loves helping in the kitchen!

Easy set up, took me maybe 30 minutes on my own. Very sturdy! At first my daughter would sit in it and the slat goes all the way down so she still can’t fall out! It is a bit bulky so just keep that in mind. When I want it out of my kitchen I store it in our pantry! We love it!
