The product lasts a bit longer than 2 hours but it loses it freshness, while it’s in the first couple hours it’s very pleasant and you almost forget it’s there. Just a constant stream of very mint, slight focus improvement, and a sweet taste. I think with how the sweetener is added, something like peppermint would be a better buy. It’s very sweet tasting.

Went with caffeine-free wintergreen and surprised how much I liked it. Just used it anytime I wanted to grab nicotine and went nicotine free on day one. Not a very heavy user to begin with (4-10mg/day) but I’d be happy to cut back any amount. The flavor was great and lasted over an hour. It’s sweetened with xylitol and stevia so if you’re sensitive to the taste of stevia it might not be for you. I can’t say I noticed any cognitive benefits but I wasn’t expecting any without caffeine. Definitely satisfied the habit and felt similar to a nicotine pouch without being overwhelming or irritating on the gums.

These taste like cough syrup, mixed with an artificial sweetener. Ordered the spearmint flavor and it had more of a peppermint taste. Absolutely will not purchase again.

Not a huge deal since I like both flavors, but I was sent spearmint instead of wintergreen. Aside from that, the product is great. They’ve helped me kick that craving for an oral fixation & helped me focus in class. No jitters or any other problems either.

These basically have no flavor. I can’t recommend them based on the incredible amount of competition in the “mouth pillow” space.

This stuff is awesome. With the meds I take I am drowzey all day now I can stay awake, no problem. Love the fact that their is no caffeine as well. The crash and jitters are no longer an issue.

A week into my quit from nicotine pouches and these things are the real deal. Tastes just like a wintergreen zyn and gives you real focus. So glad I found and tried this product.

Only good thing I can say is the pouch is solid, doesn’t tear or rip even during a hard workout. I just can’t overlook that there is no flavor that comes out of it. A stick of Fruit Stripe (with the Zebra on it from the 90s) had move flavor. Get Alpha instead.
