Very good oil
I like this oil, I take a spoon of it in the morning with my coffee. Less head fog, feel a bit clearer when taking it. Also helps with bigger appetite, not as hungry when I take this.

Not suitable for everyone
I bought two and gave one to my daughter. This oil upset her stomach therefore she stopped using it. I tried it in coffee and don’t like it in coffee. It feels very greasy on my lips when drinking the coffee. I find the only way that I can take this oil is on my cereal.

Great For Keto Smoothies
Several days ago I started the Keto diet. My biggest problem on the diet has been breakfast time and trying to consume a virtually zero carb breakfast is hard when you are getting bored of eggs and bacon so I started doing strawberry smoothies with Almond milk and protein powder.My problem then was introducing fats into the smoothie. After reading the benefits of MCT oil and how it is a great addition to anyone doing the Keto diet I decided to give it a go. I add three teaspoons (15ml) to my morning smoothy and I can't taste a thing, you have no idea there has been anything oily added.On the Keto diet it is about ensuring you consume enough fat and specially the good ones, this has definitely helped me reach a state of ketosis as I was struggling to get into it. Six days into using MCT oil and following a strict Keto diet I have lost 7lbs and the hunger pains are now virtually non existent.
