Seems to have cleared up my brain fog, less sleepiness more alert didn’t think it would do anything. Took one in the morning when I got up on an empty stomach for 2 weeks then took a week break then finished them off. Surprised no stomach upset at all and I take medication for excess acid. Going to take a break for a few months (recommended) and try some Methylene blue to check that out.
