This scooter came packaged very nicely with minimal assembly, all I had to do was attach the handle bars and we were ready to go! This scooter has 3 speeds low medium and high. Low goes about 5 mph and high at 20 mph. This scooter has a head and tail light that you turn on with one press of the light button and press it twice you turn on some pretty cool side lights. The breaks on this scooter are very responsive. I recommend you drive it slowly at first so you can get used to the breaking. This scooter also come equipped with a bell which is not only useful, but kinda fun too. This is a very nice scooter for cruising around the neighborhood, amd can get you about 20 miles before having to recharge, but if you plan to use it for commuting and are riding it on high at 20 mph, you will only get about 13 miles before needing to recharge. I wish the charge would last longer on high, because i like riding fast. The handle and arm folds down, making it easy to pick up and carry with you, but is a little heavy. So if you don't have too far to carry it, you will be fine. There is a port near the bottom of the arm where you plug the charger in which has a rubber cap to keep water out. Overall this is a very nice scooter for the price. I love it! I wish they could come up with a battery that would last longer on high speeds for longer riding.

So amazing the bonus son loved it for his Christmas birthday present. It does move very quickly and has a very good speed on it the basket is quality made so that we could put even something as heavy as a 30 Rack in it yes we were testing to see how it would hold. It is a little fast so I wouldn't buy for any child that is under the age of 12

Scooter would not charge. Tried the troubleshooting instructions in box. Nothing worked. Tried to return it and seller gave me the run around. They did not want me to return it for a refund. I asked for a return label that they said they would provide and they gave me a ransom address but no return label. They then wanted me to break open the scooter and fiddle with it. I refused. They then told me to go to a scooter repair and pay out of my pocket. The worst scooter and the worst seller. Don't bother buying this scooter at all.

The scooter was easy to assemble the instructions and video very helpful. The product was carefully packaged and easy to open without any trouble. The scooter rides smoothly and very comfortable and all attachments were easy to assemble. Charging component with easy access. Very well pleased with this product. A very good purchase.

Item delivered working. After charging several times, and showing full charge scooter would not turn on. Contacted seller who provided instructions to resolve the issue. Do not turn on power while plugged in to charger, it sets a battery protect mode and the scooters board has to be removed to reset. Seller was very responsive to messages sent trying to resolve the issue and their steps worked.

Good solid and well designed scooter.Easy to unbox assemble ,just 4 screws to be set and it was ready. Gave it a good run after charging and experienced all features on flat road along with the top speed ,it was exhilirating as I am first time scooter owner. Did good on a small uphill in my neighborhood. My son also enjoyed it but at a lower speed for now as he is also new and training. Also,couple of my friends gave it a try and enjoyed too. The tires are good quality and battery life is also good for my use but I can enjoy a longer battery life,no doubt about it. I like that it folds and fits in my car,so easy to carry to places. Additionally, I contacted seller/company for a quick question as I missed on one of the steps while installation and they responded promptly with steps and videos which resolved the issue. Overall, happy with purchase and looking forward to lot of fun rides in summer!!

I love this scooter sooooo much! It has been a joy to ride and I get compliments on it every single time I take it out. If you keep it fully charged every day, it has surprising pick-up & speed. I added a basket to the front and a crate to the back so it carries a chunk of groceries. I recommend adding rear-view mirrors. The lights are super bright. It was easy to assemble.

Although I’m a fan of the product, I’m honestly really upset right now. I cannot retain air in my back tire because the valve keeps getting jammed into the tire. Every single time I try to fill it, I have to use pliers to pull the valve back out. This is ridiculous on a brand-new product. Insurance already told me I’m within the return window — but I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning the whole thing. I just need the part replaced. But when I went to your website, it’s asking me to pay an absurd price — as if I didn’t just spend nearly $200 on shipping alone. I just need a replacement tire honestly. I paid good money for this, and I shouldn’t be jumping through hoops to fix a manufacturing issue.
