Quality, performance, and outstanding customer service
Product surpassed our expectations in performance and quality at this very reasonable price. These bikes tackle hills much better than we expected. At 69 and 70 years of age, these bikes have extended our ability to continue our riding together. We did have one minor problem with one of the bikes. However Jasion customer service resolved the issue. You can trust that if you have a need , Jasion customer service is fully dedicated to backing there products. If we upgrade in the future, Jasion will be our go to for ebikes. We highly recommend Jasion for quality, performance, and outstanding customer service.

Am I having fun?
I bought 2 Jasion e-bikes one month ago and it's time to tell you what this 67 year old thinks. Riding an E-bike is just plain fun! Ive had mine a month and have put over 300 miles on it already. The positives besides just being fun areassembly was easy and straight forward. Batteries had some charge on them so we got to ride right away. After 300 miles the suspension is worn in and will improve the ride. Did I say I'm having fun? They are correct that it takes about 4 hours to fully charge. With that, now comes the first negative. In the add it says "Up to 28 mile per hour" and I tried both with pedal assist and with the throttle and weas able to reach 28mph on the screen. But something was eating me, it did not feel like 28 mph but less. so I put a speedometer on my phone and tried it again but the speedometer and the control panel did not match, not even close. Being a Jeep owner I know that when you add new tires to a Jeep the speedometer needs to be readjusted. So I searched the internet and found a way to adjust the control panel by adjusting tire size. When I went into the menu it showed the tires rated as 22 inch, but the sidewall says they are 20 inch tires.I changes the menu to reflect 20 inch tires and went for another ride. Well look at that! The control and the speedometer were both registering about 26MPH off only by a few 10ths. But no longer showing 28MPH as the top speed. I can live with 26MPH.So am I having fun? Hell yeah!!! for price and features Jasion is the way to go

Feel "Happy and Safe" while charging and riding this bike
Great Bike! I got this bike because it was hard to get my FUJI normal hybrid bike (not a e-bike) up three particular hills I must ride up. On the Jasion EB7 2.0 I easily road past others on those hills. This is a great cargo bike for carrying groceries up hills. The seat is comfortable for me. I finally lost the extra weight I needed to loose because I can ride this bike all day. I want an extra battery so I can go home and change the battery and get back on the road. The battery gives good distance. I just want to ride all day because it's so much fun and exercise .The charger has the US UL Listed E350715 Certification (E350715 for SHENZHEN FUYUANDIAN POWER CO LTD). You can also find that information registered online. I never leave the battery charging unattended! I get a lot of mileage only using around 50% of battery, then I only charge for 2-3 hours while I'm home...then back on the road. My battery doesn't even get warm while charging. With two batteries I'll only have to stop and change the battery, then get back on the road. I searched, and googled much information and found that the Jasion EB7 2.0 is the bike for me. I know what others are going thru wanting to make a good decision and not overspend or waste money and be safe. This Bike covers all my e-bike needs. Make sure the nut covers on the wheels are tight and secured so you don't lose one and have to get a replacement. Jasion is sending the replacement that was lost while riding. I feel safe and efficient riding the Jasion EB7 2.0. You can Feel "Happy and Safe" while charging and riding this bike. I'm going riding now...ZOOOOOOooommmm.

Bike doesn't work
My bike arrived on July 14th.My husband assembled it and fully charged it overnight. The bike will not turn on, no power. Something must be broken. He has reached out to customer care. Hope they have a fix.Still no response from support. There was also some minor cosmetic damage at one of the dials on the handle bar, scratches and damaged paint. A new part would probably take care of that.We are leaving on a camping trip tomorrow. It looks like I will be the only 1 without a bike on our trip. I will be taking walks at the campground instead.Bummer...
