Bic Metal Disposable Men's Shaving Razors, 10-Count x 1 Pack

I was finally able to find these single blade razors on Amazon. They don't sell them in many retail stores. In the last 20 years we've been told by manufacturers that when it comes to razors, 2 blades are better than 1, and 3 blades are better than 2. No thanks! I've never had a completely clean shave with multi-blade razors, but I always do with the single blade razor. Don't fall for the over-hyped, multi-blade "shaving system". Try this razor and I think you'll be very pleased!

It does not take time to get used to them as long as you STOP pressing as hard on your face as you do the cheaper razors. They stay clean, with no whisker buildup. It you have a couple bumps on your face, it might make those bleed the first time, but just get some nik-aid and you'll be OK.When your face gets used to them and your hand learns to stop digging into your face, it will be an EXCELLENT shave.Production of these razors moved to Greece, after BIC stopped selling in the US, so you could buy a year's worth of razors in bulk from Amazon for nearly nothing. I guess that option is gone, but this is still worth the money. Just put the cap back on when you're through shaving and don't let them sit in water or a shower. Get tons of shaves out of one.

Finally, I thought Bic had stopped making these as I never saw them in the stores any more. I use to use these until Gillette came out with they'er mach 5 razors then I switched over to them and kept upgrading as the new Gillette razors came out even though they were getting ridiculously expensive. But after the male shamming propaganda that they came out with I decided then and there I wasen't going to give Gillette any more of my hard earned money. So I started trying out new razors. I tried many brands including the Shick Quattro which wouldn't shave my face very close despite going over it like 4 times. I felt like I had a 5 o'clock shadow right after shaving so I switched back to these disposable razors. I still love these razors I get a very close shave and the blades don't gunk up and quit working like other blades so this will be my razor of chose again.

I very much like these disposable shavers. Their thin profile makes them excellent for getting in the upper and lower areas around the lips. They last too, I have medium tough facial hair and get 15 -20 shaves out of them. I've directly compared them against multiblade shavers and IMO they're superior. They're also much, much cheaper than multiblade refills. Only safety razor blades are less expensive and I combine the two, using a good safety razor for everything but around the lips and chin. Only using them for those areas really extends the life of the Bic Single Blade Shaver.Unless I get in a hurry and get sloppy, nicks are a thing of the past. Combined with "Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandlewood Shaving Cream" I get a consistent, truly superb shave with no stubble nor irritation.

So, I have been shaving with single-blade razors for years. I use the orange BIC Sensitives, these Metals, even CVS ones sometimes. They have all been pretty good, and I was just about to order another bunch when I got a gift of an UNO Razor Company razor which is DYNAMITE. I think I'm done with these disposables in favor of this new UNO, but... this Metal is an okay option when it comes to total disposables. Only thing that sucks is that you throw away a-lot of plastic, whereas this UNO it is just throwing away the cartridge.

I have thick and coarse hair and it grows well. With multiple bladed razors, my shaven hair would get stuck between, and it would make shaving difficult.I like this single blade razor much better. Less hair getting caught and the shave closeness is still the same distance . I'd say i get a better shave with this, than other multi blade razors.I don't know how it would fare against a TSA check, but each razor does come with its own plastic blade cover.I am totally buying more of these when I run out.

Got these for my dad, he used them 3 years ago and Wal-Mart quit carrying them, he hasnt had a decent shave since, Got these and handed him the package, Thanks for carrying this high quality razor, the other name brand razors cant even compete, I quit shaving myself years ago since electric would bind up making a painful shave, hand razors were a blasted nightmare, , my dad handed me one to try and it works better than anything I have ever used on the market, the other name brand companies can keep their four and five blade razors , I will recomend this product to anyone and everyone I know. These are very sharp razors. Only available here on Amazon. Easier for me than a double edge razor. There are as close to an injector razor as there is. Works well if you have arthritis as I do. Gets around the mustache real well. Very close and comfortable shave. One pass is all I need! Love these razors.
