I have been through several countertop icemakers and this one is by far the BEST! It is not as loud as others that I have tried. It makes ice extremely fast. You can pick the size of your ice cubes and there is also an app you can use to control the icemaker remotely. I love the light that lights up the ice basket. You can customize the light color depending on the current running function. Some reviews mention a beeping noise. You can use the app to disable this function. This is my fourth icemaker, and it is by far is the best quality! MUST HAVE!

Crunchy Ice! Just like Sonic. The ice is so awesome! Everyone is my house is obsessed. The ice is small and soft so you can just eat it by the cup full. I love having it in all of my drinks. Super easy to fill and clean. The basket is small but I like that so the ice does not sit there forever. We have not had a problem with keeping it full (even with 5 people digging into it). Its a wonder machine. Super quiet also. Incredibly thrilled

This is the best addition to our kitchen gadgets. Big whiskey drinker. Nice to have restaurant grade spheres at your fingertips with little to no effort required. Unit looks good also. I like how you can set water up to it and a drain directly so it can just always automatically feed, but also nice to know you can just add water if a water line wasn’t close. Great addition, great spheres, great looking!!

Ice maker looks and works great but shipping was super slow. I ordered December 27 and did not get it till January 15.

Makes spheres quickly! Perfect for a nice pour of Bourbon

After 4 months of daily use, it died. :-(

One month in and it works great.
