Must-have after giving birth. Made my life much easier. I bought the S/M size which matches my size before getting pregnant. It absorbs very well especially while sleeping and changing sleeping positions. U won’t stain your clothes with blood in any way since there will be no leakage. Hint: (optional) by mistake my midwife added one FAM relax maternity pad to the always underwear and it worked fine for me. It’s a fair combination if needed in the first days but the underwear itself is amazing and u don’t need extra stuff to add for absorption.

I found it very useful after delivering a baby. Much more comfortable to wear compared to what was provided in the hospital. Size is correct.

I’ve seen the comments here saying to size up So i ordered XL and its big for me unfortunately but still gonna use it anyway.. The item is very comfortable as it fits high above the incision. But it starts crumbling near to the incision as your hip size starts reducing after couple of weeks of delivery. It is better than the ones you get from the hospitals though. I bought Large size and my hip size was 36 after pregnancy. Buying Medium would have been too tight. One pack would be enough and you can switch back to the napkins you use normally.
