Worked great on cleaning sinks
I was having a hard time with fruit flies and I use this to clean out my drains. Worked well.

Works great!
This was recommended by our pest control company. Works great for unwanted pests around sinks.

Expensive but effective on drain flies
So look—this is THE stuff for drain flies. It doesn’t kill them, it just expands in the drains and eats up their food source (organic matter...poop), so they can’t reproduce. Went from disgusting drain flies all over my bedroom ceiling to zero flies in one day with a one use in the morning and one in the late afternoon. It’s also very safe, likely the safest way of eliminating pests...because it’s literally just foaming citrus/orange oil. Would I pay the price again to get rid of those things? In a heartbeat. But I still feel the price is a little steep for what it actually is. If you’re using it for other non-pest applications I’d look for other more cost effective options.

Effective against drain flies
The only product I've found that works against drain flies. Put in every drain quarterly and no more drain flies.

Really like this
Works overnight. No smell no mess. Last 1/4 of can harmed to dispense (pressure is almost fine by them) but you learn to adjust.

Effective product; applicators suck
It’s hit or miss on the applicator. When you get a good can where the straw is included and it fits in the tube correctly, this stuff is dynamite. The foam expands, so if you’re spraying in a garbage disposal it gets all under the rubber ring (try running your fingers on that sometime and see how much gunk is there). It takes some time to work and might require a few applications, but the foam is very effective on drain flies in our house. Like I said though, hit or miss on the applicator. For $20 a can you’d think that wouldn’t be an issue. The last can we bought the straw didn’t fit. We kept the can and will order again and hopefully the next one works with both.

Great for getting those darned drain flies
I had been trying to kill of some drain flies for over a month with another product - a "gel" that comes in gallon jugs and you pour down the drain. The problem with the gel is that it is hard to ensure you completely coat the sides of the drain. With this bio foam for the showers, I was able to pull the little grate off and fill the drain completely with foam. This finally did the trick and drain flies are now gone. Great stuff!

NIce an foamy, initially ineffective for sink drain cleaning but repeated applications worked
Update Sept 2022.. My original review is accurate, but I wanted to add that after repeated use, the odor in my kitchen sink has abated. I am now using this product about once a month and plan to reorder when I run out. It does last for many applications. ======================= As others mentioned in reviews, the straw provided did hot fit the nozzle on the can, but when I contacted the supplier, they sent a replacement which did. While the straw is very short (4"). with the "any direction" valve, it can effectively dispense the foam into a kitchen sink drain. It helps to use something to block the foam from backing out during application (I used a piece of plastic wrap and poked a hole for the straw). But the reason to buy this is it's effectiveness, which this product lacks. Over years there has been some grease buildup, which tends to smell. I used this product for three consecutive days, applying after dinner and letting it work overnight. The foam was still visible clinging to the drain walls in the morning. But the thin film of grease could still be seen and the smell was not appreciably improved. This product does not work as well as baking soda/vinegar followed with boiling water. Another option what works better is a citrus spray de-greaser. The citrus spray is very difficult to get into the drain however.
