I am having fun with this. I love being able to make my own espresso and not having to pay $7 for a cup of coffee! I really am happy with this espresso maker. The coffee wasn't coming out very well at first until I read the directions and figured out the right grind for the type of coffee that I was using. Make sure you read that. The only thing that I don't love is the frothier. It gets hot but is very loud and it doesn't get nice and foamy like it should. It does get hot after a bit but I prefer iced coffee most of the time anyway. Im going to buy a rubber attachment that you add on to the end and it helps make the milk frothy. I had one years ago and had the same issue with it. The rubber attachment worked great. I think that I found it at cash and carry years ago. Hopefully I can find another one.

The media could not be loaded. Dangerous product. $350.00 for a POS like this is unethical. Leaks from the bottom into the drip pan. This product is a dangerous fire and electrical shock hazard. No support form seller.Company will only allow a replacement and no refund. Defective product must be shipped back to them and then they may issue a replacement in 30 days. why would you hold a customers money hostage for a month? Probably because they need to unload these death traps. This espresso machine isn't even UL listed.

I have purchased and used many espresso machines over the years and this is the best of them all. Easy to use, delivers a good product, easy to clean up. What more could you ask for?

So far this thing is great. I don’t know how long it will last but the espresso I’m making is fantastic . If you like really hot coffee you will complain it doesn’t make scalding hot coffee. I can drink it right away after I make it. So I like that others might not. Consistency seems good. I got it for less than 300 dollars others were higher for all the functions. I recommend it if you are looking. I can make better tasting coffee than anywhere else I can buy the 6-8$ cups.

My Jura finally bit the dust after 7 years. I was hard-pressed to find a suitable expresso alternative that would provide both affordability and functionality. This machine hits it out of the ballpark. Quiet, easy-to-use and talk about the taste - it even rivals the Jura in my opinion. Time will tell about its durability but so far no problems after one month. There are several options to adjust the grind size and I couldn't be happier. And it looks great on the countertop. Just keep it clean and enjoy the brew!

Initially, i was so attracted by its pretty and high-end look (im very picky about the look, i dont like black plastic ones, I like this complete stainless steel look), but the quality exceeded my expectation! The fast heat-up time is impressive and the espresso flavor it delivers is simply amazing. The milk frother worked like a charm. This machine does a fantastic job grinding and frothing; this is much more cost-efficient than buying coffee from the coffee shop, it actually makes more customized and coffee in my opinion. On a side note, I recommend using fresh beans and roast yourself. The best bean we've found so far is the Colombian Huila. I absolutely love this machine!
