Good product
I've had this power bank for almost a year now. It hold a charge very well, charges quickly, and works for charging multiple devices just fine. I'm pretty happy with it.

Long life
I love this power bank. It last for several days with my large e spinner and travels on airplane with no issues.

Didn't work as advertised or as expected.
Looks like I received a previously used and returned product--the box appeared to be previously opened and the clear protective sheet was not stuck on as if it was from the factory. Performance wise, power capacity was about 13k mAh, as measured by my USB-C tester, but it can be debated regarding accuracy. However, the readings on this power back itself for voltage and current output matched that of the USB-C tester. When operating a speaker that takes 20VDC, the display on this power bank fluctuated from 20V to 5V quite regularly, with the remaining time displayed also fluctuating wildly. I suppose that that would be due to the output power fluctuating. Finally, having discharged and charged this unit a couple of times in an attempt to condition the batteries, it wouldn't charge my Dell laptop via the PD 100W port, after a full charge. Nothing, and that was corroborated by the laptop giving a warning that no charging was occurring through the USB-C port on the laptop. That was the final thing that just contributed to the lack of confidence in this power bank. Returned.

Runs a CPAP!
This thing is a beast! Lots of power and it charges very quicky with a 65w wall charger. With the proper adapter (a 12 to 24v step-up converter) and a couple of cheap USB-C to Cigarette plug cables\adapters, we were able to get this to power a Resmed Airsense 10 CPAP. You can't run the humidifier, but it looks like the CPAP will run for two full nights of sleep (about 20 hours). The side is great, it's true PD output, it doesn't get hot, the weight is great considering the amount of power, and it comes with cable and very nice display. Arrived with 71% and we used it right away down to 69. We charged it with a 65w computer wall charger and it got to 99 percent in 11 minutes. It hit 100 percent about 8 minutes after that. The value for the money is exceptional of you get this while it's on sale! I can't find a TSA or AIRPLANE logo on the unit like over seen on other battery banks so I'm concerned about that. They say it's approved, but of like proof before I travel. In any case, I highly recommend this and recommend it over the Anker 25000 (A1695), which I also own, because this one is true PD output and the Anker is not. Amazing functionality in this.

Too Big & Heavy
Big & Heavy. Works great for phones, NOT the laptop.

140 W input or output, not at same time
Very happy with 1 hour for full charge with its cable (power only). Manages multiple outputs. Also a good flashlight. Too heavy and bulky for a pocket but will charge my phone 5 times.

Was good but too big for me
Too big for to put in my purse
