I love these! I am so happy I got the sugar free version-they are so tasty and perfectly tart. I have been wanting to add in more functional mushrooms for a while, and it’s great these have 6 mushrooms all in one. I’ve been taking them daily for about 3 weeks now and feel I’m able to focus better when working and my energy is more stable. It may be too soon to know the full long term benefits, but I feel good about eating these (yay for clean ingredients!) and will continue! The individual packs are so convenient. Two weeks in and I’m impressed with the positive impact on my daily routine and the taste. I got the zero-sugar kind, and they taste surprisingly good (though if you’re not a fan of sweet flavors, just know they’re still quite sweet). After a few days of taking these, I started to noticed improved focus at work and higher energy levels throughout the day. Also, taking a supplement in gummy form makes it easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend trying these out for a few days to notice the difference.

i think these gummies taste really good. i got the sugar-free kind, and they taste similar to some sugar-free vitamins i have taken in the past. when i take the gummies, i definitely have noticed a shift in my mood and productivity at work. I feel a bit more alert, clear-headed, and not as stressed when i have a lot piling onto my plate. the feeling lasts for 4-6 hours for me.an added bonus is that these gummies helped improve my gut health - which i could definitely feel and notice after taking them for a couple days.the packets are also really convenient when you're on the go or traveling.

I have not felt any calming effects or have felt a difference in my sleep but here’s to hoping consistency in taking these are key! These taste good, sort of like an earthy/licorice lemon —the texture is a bit mushy which I don’t mind at all.

I bought this product because I was having some brain fog and because I heard the benefits of taking mushrooms for brain health and gut health. I can tell you that the improvement on the gut health was almost instantaneously. I even forgot to take the gummies for a day and my stomach went back to the way it was prior to the gummies.The gummies taste good so there would be no problem with kids taking them if you decided to do that. They have a good consistency and I always look forward to coming home from work and taking them.It has been about a week of taking them and I have noticed some improvements in my brain function and mood. My memory is still not perfect but that's likely due to me getting older.Overall, I've had a very good experience with this product.

Was looking for an alternative to green powders but the taste is pretty awful and no return option. Will not be ordering again. It's nice they are in to-go style daily packs, but the taste doesn't cut.Not sure why people like these so much. Company will also not honor 30 day return policy they offer on their website.
