yes it comes in a glass bottle. that is why I received 6 of them broken and 3 more leαking out of 12 that where in the box.

Q: What is the shelf life of this item?

Nothing printed on bottles . I buy a case once a year and never have had a problem. Use it on all kinds of meat on the grill,oven and fry pan.

No it doesn’t need refrigeration once opened. It stores in my kitchen cabinet without issues. Just give it a shake before using..
