For the price I was expecting it would not be a strong piece of equipment and was amazed how well built this is! Not too difficult to put together either as most of it came bolted together. Nearly all bolts and screws attached so that you wouldn't need to go hunting for them or checking you have enough when attaching 4 other bits of the frame! Over a few days of use the performance has been great. I have looked at various videos of their recommended exercises and I'm already getting results in my fitness level. I'm seeing some toning of legs, arms and core. I've still a long way to go to achieve my fitness goals but with regular use I can see this will do the trick. Really happy I got this and of course it folds together making it great to stand against a wall, under the bed, stairs or in a cupboard. Can't fault this gym equipment. I bought a treadmill from some other company before this purchase which cost me 2 1/2 times the price and it was dreadful. The belt would slide around and just walking or jogging on it was a limited form of exercise. I had to return it. I was just lucky to see an equivalent model of the row n ride advertised on QVC which was an old video. After some research of the different models I decided to to go for the Sunny Health & Fitness one. I don't regret it. I'm looking to having an all-over toned body with a strong flat core. I'm no young 20 something either! But exercising will improve anyone's body whatever their age!

Love this. I wanted something that stretched and moved my whole body to help loosen up joints and this does the trick. Can push bum backwards and get a good back and shoulder stretch and pull the handlebars back and forth to strengthen back. Can choose level of pull and how far you push it. Good for beginners. Really pleased with it, and it folds away when you need it to. Price was excellent.

I bought this as an alternative to a standard rowing machine because it was a lot cheaper. It is easy to assemble and is sturdy enough. There are a few different work outs you can do which is great, including most of the body. I think the only downside for me is, its a lot harder on your knees than a standard rowing machine, if your using it to its full potential! It's a great product but I wish I had payed the extra due to my weak knees.

Once we worked out how to assemble it we find it to be just the job for increasing muscle strength which is important as you age. The instructions took both of us to work out.

This is a great piece of kit that gets you out of puff without killing your joints. Easy to assemble and very sturdy in use. Folds away reasonably flat. Easy to change the resistance level. Easy to mount and dismount the machine. Yep, like it.

I bought this trainer for my Son Xmas as he loved mine so much. I purchased mine on Amazon around 2021 - the framework is not as substantial this time round. It is as lighter framework and doesn't have the same sturdy feeling. On saying that it has the same concept, suitable for up to a medium framed person. I love this trainer as it does all the hard work for you.. Helps thighs, legs n upper body strength. very enjoyable workout. Folds straight and can put against a wall or behind the couch for storing. Took star off as is not as sturdy.

For many years I used HealthRiders. They were great - I wore out two of them. I thought I would never find anything like it, but then I saw this. It is not exactly the same because the Sunny Health & Fitness Row-n-Ride provides more resistance than just your own weight. However, it is a wonderful machine. It will take me some time to build up that core strength again. It works a lot of different muscles at once. I am really glad I purchased this. I took the chance of buying open box. You have to look closely to see the one small dent. I did not notice it at first and it has absolutely no impact on the operation of the equipment. It was a slight challenge to put together, but not prohibitive. It is quiet. The materials are heavy duty and seem quite durable.

Very sturdy, durable, easy to use and versatile! I really like this, it's like an upright rower, it also give you other workouts for the biceps and triceps. I loved my 'stair stepper' but this will work out my arms and legs ... and it really seems to stretch out my shoulders too while working out. Must also say this is folds very tight for storage! It is also very sturdy!

Plus besoin d'aller en salle. Et ne prend pas de place...

約一時間で組み立てられたので、届いた日から使えた。説明書はやはり英語版だったので解読は皆無でしたが図解書で理解できました。最初は手足の動きにコツがいりました。しかしながらコツを覚えるとなんとか出来ました。付属品のメーター器はカウント数が使う度に上書きされるので運動の励みになりそうです。置き場所も一畳分要らないくらいです。
