Conference Room Camera System with 20x Zoom, Video and Audio Conferencing System, 20X Optical Zoom Conference PTZ Camera and Conference Speaker Collaboration

There mic: As far as the mic/speaker goes, we'd definitely give that 1 star for our use. It's a small sanctuary, like 30x30 with 2 big speakers towards the front. No matter where I've positioned the mic over 5 different services the sound is echoey, cuss out entirely on some songs/clapping, definitely not great for what we paid. I've tried back of the sanctuary hardwired to the laptop, this did best but def not great, up front behind the big speakers under a pew, terrible. In line with the big speakers with the gain turned up, slightly better but still 75% worse than a pixel 7 live streaming the service did. The camera: The PTZ feature is good but I don't think this is a 20x zoom. From less than 25 feet away the zoom to the pulpit is very grainy. Again a cell phone does much better. The remote works fine. It didn't do well on a sunny day with brighter light from the windows, it barely picked up anything on the TV screen at all, when again the cell phone recording the same service did great. In summary: For us as a small church, it'd make more sense to record services with a cell phone that has a way better camera and mic than this. For a large church, you should probably keep searching. But if you just want a cheap solution that'll be easy setup and more or less do the job and you aren't concerned if you pick up anything but voices with the mic, this will do it. It's probably better used for a small 10x10 or less conference room for business than for a church service setting.

This camera worked exactly as expected and has been a reliable addition to our setup. The quality is solid, and it’s clear the company stands behind what they make. You can tell they put thought into both the design and performance. It’s always a good feeling when a product just does what it’s supposed to without any hassle. Based on this experience, I’d definitely purchase from this brand again in the future.

UPDATE: In my first review I was disappointed. However, the company sent me a new camera which was excellent. Very satisfied! It’s not very often these days that a company will back its product. This camera is clear and easy to use. I am very happy with this camera!

The camera and speakerphone work really well. I had an issue with the control lights being a bit dim on the speakerphone, and support handled it perfectly. Thanks Tongveo!
