This is a beautiful sturdy towel stand. It doesn’t take a lot of room in a small space of my bathroom. It was easy to install and I’m very happy with this. Highly recommend!

This towel rack saved the day - providing extra towels space for guests. It's really quick and easy to put together (just make sure you tighten it all the way at the first step or it will be crooked). It's sturdy enough - however, it's not going to stay upright if someone runs into it. If I was relying on this for everyday use I probably would want something a bit more substantial but for a temporary fix it completely fit the bill, and we will keep for the same use. It's attractive enough as well and easy to move around. It also doesn't take up a lot of space - and it doesn't require holes in the wall. Exactly what we needed for a decent price.

Pleasantly surprised. Didn't know what to expect because it's not a company I recognize but everything about it was as though it came from a big-name, top-quality design firm. Excellent packaging. Sturdy parts. Very smart design: easy to drape towels over bars because of open design. Two-tier design is smart/useful. Marble base a perfect piece of stone and does its job of anchoring. Matte black finish perfectly matches our big-name plumbing fixtures. Product does require a few minutes of assembly; you just need to be handy enough to hold parts in alignment while wielding the provided Allen key. Printed instructions are thoughtful and good – minor tranlation errors easy to ignore. Minor design gripe: Even after tightening all parts and the two screws as far as they'd go, I'm guessing the screws holding the bars' positions will loosen and need retightening to prevent pivoting. A design using two screws per upright, or some other variation that would prevent the two uprights from pivoting, would be better. But overall, more than pleased.

Great for a small space where you do not want to screw a towel bar into the wall, and you can take it with you when you relocate. I have found it to be very sturdy...and yes, every once in a while, I have to straighten the bars to make them exactly parallel. I have not had to tighten the screws at the bottom but even if I did, that is a minor inconvenience when you consider how beautiful the towel rack is. Someone suggested using a washer under the screws to help stabilize the bars a little more, so if I ever have to tighten the screws, I will add those. I do not put large bath sheet towels on it, but it can handle a really wet tub mat, which is pretty heavy. I would highly recommend this rack if you were looking for style and elegance and function.
