Amazing quality. Depending on egg size won’t get a full 120 chicken eggs. We managed to fit 105 accurate temperature and humidity. Great hatch rate. I’m probably going to buy a 2nd one in the next couple weeks.

This is so confusing to assemble . It did not come with set up instructions and I'm relying on a YouTube video to help me ! This incubator I'm begining to question its quality! I sure hope once I figure it out and assemble it that it actually works as well as it suggests . I'll come back and leave an update on egg hatching experience . Hope it works !

1. There are no instructions on using the front panel. Even after watching about 10 YouTube videos I only have a slight idea. Even the best video describing the controls admits they don't know what even all the LEDs mean. And that was after years of playing hatching many batches.2. The eggs will apparently move to one end or the other if you don't have the eggs counter pushing each other. So little ends to little ends. Also the eggs may be touching the adjacent eggs on other rollers. Maybe this also keeps the eggs in place?3. There is an extra power source adapter. I plugged it in as well along with a trickle charger. SCE power in southern California goes out all the time. So I was very happy to see this option.I'll write more in a month after the first batch is finished.

Very good value for cost. Hatching turkey, guinea and chicken eggs. Counter, humity and multiple layer hatching are fantastic. Loved it so much we ordered a second.

1 week update: I put 12 day old eggs in the Incbator 7 days ago. Candled them today per the instructions that came with the unit. 11 of the 12 are good. One was not fertile. All are at the same stage of development. So far I like this product.Needs better operating instructions. Needs to come with the water bottle.Aside from that it so far seems to be doing a good job. Holds perfect humidity once we figured that part out. Temp is doing well. Will update once we have our first hatching.

Although the materials that make up the cabinet of this incubator are pretty nice, and it has some nice features, I would spend a little more and buy name brand. I’m returning it because it contains a very cheap, ineffective thermostat. Whenever I buy a new incubator I always run it overnight with my own thermostat/hygrometer that is proven reliable inside. Before I went to bed this incubator was struggling to keep the temp above 97 degrees. Too low for eggs. When I got up in the morning, at some point overnight the temp shot up to 106 degrees and stayed there. Can’t trust this for my eggs. Also, the water adding feature didn’t work at all and just kept dumping the entire bottle of water in. By the third bottle I had to disassemble the wires, take it apart and dump 3 liters of water out of the bottom. Shame on me for thinking I could get a quality incubator at this price.

I was disappointed in this incubator. I love the size however that's about the extent of it. The rollers would move the eggs to one side so you had to open the unit to fix the eggs every few days. Less if you put pointed ends towards each other. Major temperature and humidity differences between the two layers. Having the one layer one might work better. Out of 68 eggs...2 died off early which does just happen and ended up with 50 hatching. 2 had issues coming out of the shells because of humidity issues. I ended up returning the product
