This bench was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in my space. It is beautiful, sturdy and functional.

Slat broke off after a month leaving exposed sharp nails. I tried to just have it replaced but for some reason the return wasn’t going through on the app. The next day, I sat on it next to my toilet and adjusted my body and it completely broke from under me causing me to hit the ground extremely hard and scrape underneath the top of my arm to my elbow and hitting my head when I fell. I really liked this bench, it fit my style but mostly helped me with showering and dressing now that I’ve become less mobile due to a chronic illness. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of this product I’ve had it maybe 1 1/2 months. Super unstable.

Looks nice but does not last. Fell apart after less than 5 uses (only as a footrest) the pieces are stapled together not screwed. I returned hoping it was a dud but the second one was equally as bad. Not a good value.

I bought this after having back surgery to help in the bathroom but I found that it would also be very useful to help bring my towels and sheets from the top shelf and closer to me so I don't have to reach. It was easy to put together, but one of the straps ripped off when I used to extend the length of the bench. That's was disappointing but I still kept it. The wood is nice in my opinion.

This is exactly what I needed. On the Amazon site it says this item is returned frequently. Not in my case. I may be buying another one.

Received item and put this bench together in less then 30 minutes!We was totally surprised at how sturdy this bench was.Understand this bench has so many useful places in your home. We decided to actually use it in the shower because we are disabled and it helps sitting on it when needed.Also this bench could be used around the house for different uses!I most likely will be buying this again to set flower pots on !

I purchased for my sauna and it's better than the little chair I had. but this is flimsy , had a broken piece and was missing a bolt. it's just not worth what I paid.

Defective dangerous product. Horrible customer service asking for the product to return in order for a refund. Dear customer service please have a look at the picture and tell me how exactly you want the nails and the sharp broken wood to be packed???? Not only that a few pic are not enough and to get injured, I need to pack and ship back also? Outrageous
