DO NOT BUYI repeat, do not buy!!This is not a Kindle competitor, this is an extremely low quality manufacturer.The screen broke for absolutely no reason after 1 month of barely using the device.I Contacted the seller and they said it's not covered by warranty and want to charge me half the price of the device to fix the screen.I owned a kindle e-reader for 6 years and placed it in exactly the same backpack and it still works perfectly. I even have an extra protective Pouch for the Palma 2 but still the screen broke!!I also own a Remarkable 2 tablet for 3 years and also placed in the same backpack but never broke (even though it's 10 times larger). So me breaking the screen is absolutely unacceptable excuse by Boox as it was more protected than my other devices that last several years!Do not buy this, you will lose all your money. Go for a much cheaper kindle that will last longer, lots of people are complaining about the screen issue I wish I checked the reviews before falling for this scam.Thankfully Amazon returned and refunded my money.
