It‘s first time to use the product in my life. Always think should build up the muscles by excisions.I can’t believe that it’s really functionality to help me tight my loose muscles , train my muscles and do something else in the same time, feel very efficiency to me.Use it on my waist, calves, arms, and the size all fits, it’s so valuable. Stickiness strong , no worry if my movement is big. For me, it’s easy to keep clean, still good for summer time.

It attaches with an adjustable band which makes it easy to wear. There are multiple speed options. But it doesn’t seem consistent while in use. Like either the wiring or battery isn’t right. The material on the skin portion is sticky. Seems easy enough to clean. Mostly just didn’t like that the functions don’t work correctly.

I don't like this particular one, it shocks you more than stimulation. The arm one's jerk your arms so bad that you can't even hold anything in your hands at all while using them. I'm not a fan at all of this set. The shocks do hurt!

This thing is SO BAD! Thought this was good but after some use it exhibits the same glitches as all the other cheap ab stimulators. For instance, it SHORTS. The screen flashes and the unit becomes unusable. Doesn't respond to charging. There is no way to reset the unit so I assume it will be like this until it runs out of battery, or maybe it's bricked forever. I know how to use these, they're all just cheap as dirt. Do yourself a favor and choose quality over quantity (avoid 'random name' bogus brands on amazon)
