Fits Techno Deluxe Version PERFECTLY
Finally a product that really does fit what it says it's supposed to fit! You can also keep the audio wire that comes with the Otomatone in the case. You can keep your strap on your Otomatone too because it fits in the case with the strap on it. VERY protective. IMO, if you invested your money into the deluxe techno version of the Otomatone, then this is definitely worth the investment for a very good, durable case to keep your Otomatone safe!

Great fit. Classy looking.
Almost classy enough to legitimate an otherwise kind of silly instrument. Much nicer than just carrying your Otamatone around by the strap, and also more inconspicuous if you lack patience for people asking, "What is THAT thing?" While great to carry, the form-fitting shape does not lend itself well to storage or transport with other items. I would prefer something with flat sides for practicality and protection. There is also exactly zero space for any additional storage (like for extra batteries). Those are really my only complaints about this case though, and otherwise I'm really very impressed with it. I also have to admit that, even if it's not the most practical sometimes, the shape LOOKS really cool and you would never get this confused with any other storage case, which is helpful if you have a lot of different devices in cases - I would never confuse this with my step sequencer or synthesizer cases! The construction quality and zippers seem excellent. The carrying strap doesn't have a shoulder pad (like you need one) but is very sturdy and adjustable. The fit is great. The case isn't cheap at $34.99, but the value is there, especially if you've already shelled out the money for a Deluxe Otamatone.

Perfect fit to keep your nonsense device safe
Fits the deluxe perfectly! Nice hard shell exterior, sturdy zipper, and nice lanyard for all your carrying needs. Heck of a lot better than just chucking the thing in your bag by itself, not sure where I would need to bring my Otamatone, but if I ever need to travel with it, it will be traveling in style! Love the outline it makes in the case, you can tell at a glance what it is protecting, which would make for a pretty good conversation starter. Just a nice accessory for your fun little bit of nonsense.

PERFECT!!!
I am SO glad to finally have a case for my Otamatone Deluxe - I live off-grid in a tiny home in a desert, so there is limited storage space and a lot of dust, so to protect my Otamatone I've been storing it in the big box it came in that takes up a lot of space in a tiny home. This case made everything SOOOO much more streamlined! Fits the Otamatone Deluxe perfectly - not too tight, not so much space that it moves in the case. Has room in the case for both the Otamatone strap and the case strap! Looks very nice and sleek, and of course having the official case for an instrument ALWAYS makes everything look better and more professional (I say, as I write about a case for a giant, unicorn-colored, plastic music note with a silly face that says "wah").

Big On Style, Lacking In Practicality
Although I love my Otamatone Deluxe and appreciate the stylishness, fit and durability of this case, I am less than thrilled with the case's practicality. If you're using your larger, pro model Otamatone as a toy, this case is fine. It fits the instrument like a glove, provides adequate protection and its appearance is stunning. However, if you're using your Otamatone Deluxe as a serious electronic musical instrument, this case is sorely lacking when compared to the design and versatility of most other tougher gig bags and fairly sturdy cases. All the Otamatone Deluxe case is designed to hold is the instrument itself. It offers no separate compartment for accessories, a feature any serious musician playing the Otamatone Deluxe would expect and casual players/hobbyists would enjoy. While there is room inside in the case's narrow space for a fabric strap or two, some stickers, batteries and a pen, that stuff will be sliding around loose, making contact with your Otamatone Deluxe and possibly scratching your instrument's shiny plastic finish. As someone who uses my Otamatone Deluxe as an instrument instead of a toy, I don't run it on batteries. I use an adapter that allows me to plug my Otamatone Deluxe into a standard electrical outlet, an option not available on smaller, less expensive Otamatone models. I wish Hamee had had the foresight to make this case a little longer and provide storage for the external power supply adapter and/or other accessories. After all, this is for the "Deluxe" 17.33-inch Otamatone. Shouldn't the case be deluxe in more than just size? The case for the "regular" 10.7-inch Otamatone offers a separate inner pouch.
