These moringa pressed tablets are effective in supporting my energy levels and have been a welcomed addition to my supplement routine. The tablets come packaged well with tamper proof seals. The tablets look and taste like pressed grass. To me this just adds to the authenticity of the product. It is not a bad taste, but the pills are kind of large. I need to take with lots of water to make sure the tablet goes down smoothly. But to me it is worth taking and I believe in the benefits of moringa.

Moringa was an experiment since I'd never taken it before. Turns out that every time I did, within about 45 minutes I was sweating profusely and feeling overheated. Perhaps it was the pepper. In any case I was too uncomfortable to continue to take it so I can't really tell you if it had any direct health benefits. As far as the caplet goes, the exterior is on the rough side, so without wetting my throat first, and drinking a lot of water with, I found that it wanted to stick in my throat. The smell isn't especially appealing. It's distinctive, but not "bad". Overall I'd just say you'd have to try it for yourself and see how you feel about it.
