Terrible! I don't know what else to say. Just horrible. The oil tastes really old almost rancid. The truffle flavor is disgusting. I literally had to spit it out. The flavor lingered for way too long which I wouldn't mind if it tasted like truffle. Glad I tasted before putting it on my food.

Although this is the only truffle oil I have tried, I found it to be fragrant and flavorful. It provides that subtle hint of truffle and helps to elevate a dish. Brings me back to some of the great dishes I had in Tuscany. I think this is a good value and recommend to those that want to use it as a finishing oil on meat, pasta and pizza.
