I've been taking this brand for 6 months after taking the NOW brand for a year, with improving lab numbers, as this is cheaper. Just did my labs again and my vitamin d has dropped like a rock though I've faithfully taken it daily. My symptoms of low d have come back. Going back to the more expensive NOW brand. You get what you pay for.
