Sleek design, Great function some tips needed for installation.
Sleek design and great functionality - chrome curves and rubber flexible hose which fits into a sideways access sturdy grip. The upper section rotates a full 360 degrees and the spray/stream toggle setting is remembered after the water is shut off. All the parts needed for installation are included including an pair of adaptors for less usual water feeds (internal rather than external thread). The installation guide should be used only as assembly diagram doing the steps in the order suggested means you’ll not be able to get a good tight screw on the supplied flexible pipes ( which are colour coded blue stripes for cold and red for hot - not shown in the photos. The cold water feed should be connected to the front of the tap so that the red and cold dots on the tap relate to the water coming through the tap) into the body of the tap as the nuts will be concealed by the length of the thread collar. Found it best to bead everything on to the flexible pipes either side of the counter as appropriate before connecting the flexible pipes with a spanner then the threaded collar, then seat onto the counter then securing the counter nut already having been threaded on the other side of the counter. Note the threaded collar is too narrow for the flexible pipes to be guided through from the water feed connection ends. Great product. Would recommend.

Great but could be better.
The quality is there, it’s a lovely bit of kit but taking the tap out the holder is a two handed job. I’m a big fella and have perfect dexterity in my hands but because the tap pulls away from the side and not the front, you need to hold the tap still so it doesn’t swivel while pulling the tap away from it. It’s also very snug so doing it one handed, while possible, isn’t easy. Looks great and works great though. It’s very well made and worth the money. I just don’t like that little design flaw.

Brilliant!
This fit perfectly into our existing sink. The only thing we needed to buy was a proper plumbers wrench due to the compact space. It doesn't leak, let's you use it on max pressure without giving you an impromptu shower and by removing the head from the stand you can clean down large or bulky items that usually wouldn't fit ib the sink. The matt black and shiny chrome go together well although sometimes it can take a touch of persuasion to detach the head and use it.Both modes are brilliant, the concentrated flow seems aerated and it pleasant to drink while the shower style setting is great for cleaning up.

Very good tap
Very happy with this, water pressure is great, the only thing is when you try to detach it from the hold you have to really force it, otherwise it's great

Ok but no pressure.
***UPDATE***Unfortunately we’ve had to get a different tap as this one is useless! It takes way too long to fill a glass of water and an unacceptable length of time to fill a bucket. Very odd. Definately the tap is the problem and not our pressure. Shame. This tap looks good and works ok for us. Unfortunately no matter what we do our water pressure just isn’t enough for it to function properly. The spray feature works but just isn’t powerful enough to really work to the standard I was hoping for. Turning up the water at the mains has no effect on the power coming out of the tap. Such a shame as we really like the look of the tap.

Great versatile kitchen tap
This tap has been a great addition to our kitchen refurb. It fitted easily to our new Franke composite sink and is a vast improvement to the tap that came with the sink when we bought our house new. The flexible hose is extremely practical as you can easily rinse all corners of the sink, making cleaning a quick job. We had this installed for three months now and it is sturdy like the first day, easy to clean and wipe down and the option to switch between steady flow and more of a shower is great to have. Also, I feel that this tap handles our water pressure better than the old one and water flows out stronger. Great buy and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a new kitchen tap.

Good value for money
Its a good tap for the money. The only problem I had was that the base is meant for thicker surfaces, at least that's what the plumber said. It sits fine but the base isn't tight enough and wiggles when pressure is applied. Also, its hard to get the tap out of the socket with 1 hand if you are a woman. You have to put resistance with your thumb from one side then use your other fingers to push it out of the socket. Or just use 2 hands

When buy cheap remember they don’t last as long as the expensive version 😭
Wrote a review when bought it but it should be lasting more than 16 months before falling apart and soaking my new kitchen!!! Thought I was getting value for money but as it only lasted this long looks like I did, need to buy a new tap and will have to go B&Q to get the more expensive one as I know it will last years not months!!!!
