I'm 5'7 and have an hourglass figure type. I've been using men chef's coats because they fit me well at hips. This Springfield coat embraces my body figure making me look good, not baggy clothes yet professional. The cloth they use at the sides really adjusts to your body. Closure fits perfect. And can embroider it perfectly with your name.

The zipper closure feature is key. As a smaller woman (F, 4'11) I often have trouble with chef coats. This coat fits just right, although it is a bit snug in the chest area. I have a larger bust, so the zipper closure puts my mind at ease knowing I will not lose any buttons during service.

Fits perfectly and very feminine for a chef . It hugs the right areas but still very professional. It washes great and the material last about a year getting washed weekly without looking dull .

If you ever need a chef shirt, this is THE CATS MEOW: texture, fabric, lightweight, breathable, but doesn't crease, zippered with button, true to color and accurate fit.The kitchen was hot as hades.
