Good news/bad news. I only opened 1 packet of the 3 to be placed in the inclosed bottle. The first two days on them suppressed my appetite so well that I could have gone all day without eating, which was great because I would like to lose about fifteen pounds, but starting the third day I experienced a headache. I didn’t take these supplements while taking other medications so there was nothing I could think of that it might clash with, but I wanted to be sure so I continued taking one a day and the headaches continued with or without food. The headaches got so bad that there are 22 of 30 left because I just couldn’t continue taking them so this turned out to be a waste of money for me, NO REFUNDS HONORED HERE!

I love Fatty15 and have been taking 2 capsules per day (one in the morning and one at bedtime) for 4 years. It has been a godsend for both me and my husband. Expensive but it’s worth it. I used to have lower back pain even when I got all the right supplements from top brands like Designs For Health and Pure Encapsulations, but my problem wasn’t resolved. It’s true CoQ10 with PQQ is Mitochondria biogenesis yet when I added Fatty C15 it took me to the next level. Lower back pain is almost gone and I feel more energetic and the mood is improved a lot. If you can afford it, get it. Fatty C15 is considered now as an essential fatty acid. You can do your research on this supplement since it’s the only brand that produces this supplement in the world. With all that, in the end, I don’t recommend anyone to follow my advice until you speak with your healthcare provider to discuss if this supplement is right for you.
