Q: Do you see 3/4 inch versions?

As far as I'm aware, they sell both "half and three quarter inch sizes" have to say the set I bought the two ceramic pieces wouldn't fit together, I had to use one of the old pieces with a new piece, but worked OK. Personally I would buy the full valve. If I was to buy again.

Q: will these fit a 3/8" valve

The ones I ordered are for a 1/2 inch valve so no these are not for you. Contact tap magician for more info.

Q: will these fit a lamona 3497

I can’t answer your question but unless you have the manual from your tap or you can find it online, it is very difficult to find an exact fit. I tried purchasing two different models which supposedly would have fit my taps and had to return them due to very slight difference in tolerances. I even went to my local plumb centre and asked for new valves - they advised me there were thousands of different ones and it is easier to buy a new tap. So begrudgingly that is what I did in the end since I did not know the exact mode of my old tap. Good luck!
