Product works exactly as it states. Easy to use and I like how it gives the option for a quick charge or slower one for extended battery life. Value seems right and it’s sturdy. If I had one thing bad to say about it is it’s a bit heavy, but it has the wheels and extended handle which makes it nice. Great product

I was wrong, the unit does put out 120v but a bit worried about how fan never shuts off even with no load in AC mode othet than that no complaints so far

These are all great products. Have researched these solar batteries extensively and these are definitely the best value. We own 2 of their original 600 watt units. A P2000 unit and a P5000 unit. We started using these back in 2017 and have had them bail us out after 2 hurricanes now. We recently had roof panels installed by our solar guy and the Customer Service was very helpful in providing us the requirement specs to give to the installers. We can now charge our P5000 unit with over 900 watts on a sunny day, which will keep our fridge and freezer running all day every day during an outage and then some. We use the other units to handle lights, laptops, I Pads, TVs, Internet, and cooking stuff like coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, table top oven etc. These Batteries haven't failed us yet and were a great value for the money. Would highly recommend for your emergency.

Id like to thank Oukitel's customer service. I had ordered the Pro with two solar panels. I had and issue with a price correction. I sent them a message and received a response within the next day. Had my issue resolved within 2 business days. Thank you customer service. Also love the product. I went with the Pro for the obvious more watt power output so i don't fall short on usage. it is currently connected to both my fridge and freezer as a UPS set up. So far so good the device is super quiet cant wait to see it in action when my power goes out again. Thanks again.

It work good but I haven’t use it a lot to say it okay

Key functionality things to know I bought this and a Allpowers 1700 watt hours. The allpowers can handle some wetness and elements, but this is the most powerful for value you can find, but it is very finicky. In temperatures below 44 or so degrees it will stop taking charge though will return to form when return to a comfortable setting. Also do not get it wet as mentioned about other models as it doesn't take much to short and break with that and that will be close to $300 to repair. If you need ruggedness get a complimenting device- allpowers has been the best. If you need power for value this is the best.
